The Collapse of America Will Be Our Fault

Everything seems upside down. Led by the media, many of the American people feel relieved by President Obama signing a bill that will "open the government". The stock market showed a significant increase. The administration and Congress will go back to their ways of enormous spending. They will satisfy themselves and the American people by making token, minor cuts in spending and claim it as very positive step. Many so called "economists" will tell you this is a good thing. We can all go back to our lives as usual, no worries.

Yet this bill signing to open the government, in particular, may be a turning point that will lead to the final leg of the economic collapse of America. In 3 years our national debt will be over $20 trillion, still running out of control. Our economy will not be able to sustain itself and things will then become irreversible. The economic collapse will place the American people into a dire state, widespread poverty and hunger, with a great deal of suffering. Our freedoms will be taken away so as to preserve order. Our once great democracy will be on the verge of collapse, following the economy. The legacy left to our children, our grandchildren, and future generations will be a miserable one. And it will be OUR fault. We sat back and allowed all this to happen. We didn't use our intelligence and common sense to do anything about this. Yet it was all there right in front of us.

What we should have done is stopped our federal government and members of Congress dead in their tracks. We should have allowed a complete shut down and suffered to consequences now, as bad as it could have been, and take the punishment now in lesser form. We should have demanded an approved federal budget under our close scrutiny. We should have demanded a stop to the out of control spending and a short term committed plan toward achieving a balanced budget. We should have demanded fiscal responsibility by our government and members of Congress. We should have given a non partisan threat to all members of Congress that we would vote them out of office if they did not comply.

Only then could America have survived. Now it may be too late. We have effectively given them, with the help of the media, a license to destroy America. There is nothing to celebrate about today. There should only be sadness.

 

Voter Fraud Destroying America

Voter fraud in America is wide spread and a threat to our democracy. It is much more prevalent than admitted. In the 2008 Senator Norm Coleman was running for re-election against Al Franken. On the morning after the election, after 2.9 million people had voted, Coleman led Franken by 725 votes. Then suddenly the Al Franken people went to work and lo and behold Al Franken won the election! Later it was discovered that 1,099 felons, all ineligible to vote, were allowed to vote in this election...and there is more. There is a strong consensus that Franken was put into office through voter fraud. You can also blame the Republicans for letting them get away with this.

People in Nevada were not happy with Senator Harry Reid and they indicated that there was NO WAY that he was going to get re-elected. Yet amazingly he did! Did you know that the SEIU union is in charge of servicing voting machines? There were complaints of people voting for Reid’s opponent only to find out the vote came out for Reid! There were other charges of bribes, write in ballot fraud and more. Reid was “re-elected”.

In small town New England residents who know everybody in town witnessed busloads of “voters” that they didn’t recognize, being driven up to polling stations to vote, only to go to the next station to vote again. Across the country there is very widespread fraudulent voter registration with fake names, dead people’s names…you name it. Just get a name, any name, in order to vote. At the same time the write in ballot vote has increased tremendously. What this does is maximize the opportunity to cheat. There are reports that people not in this country legally, and certainly not American citizens, are voting by the thousands. Yet only American citizens can vote in a federal election.

In the last presidential election Barack Obama received 100% of the vote in Philadelphia. What that means that not one single person voted for Mitt Romney, not one! The probability of that happening was zero. This was most certainly a red flag indicating voter fraud, yet it was ignored. Why? In the last couple of elections, in particular, there were “errors” in mailing out paperwork for overseas service people voting….our US soldiers! This appeared to be an overt attempt to delay and block voting from our service men and women. The reason? They tend to vote conservative.

Today, there is a whole system set up for voter fraud in our country in order to influence and steal elections. No wonder they fight voter ID tooth and nail claiming that it disenfranchises the elderly, handicapped and the poor. This is pure bunk since all of us, including all the people mentioned, are required to present IDs for MANY other things with no problem. We all know that this is a false issue. They are protecting the ability to commit voter fraud, that is the REAL issue.

Our right to vote in the country is sacred. Voter fraud is a blasphemy that goes right to the very core of our democracy. Our democracy is being threatened by widespread and growing voter fraud. All should be deeply concerned.

 

On Violent Crime in Springfield, MA

 

If you want to look at why Springfield has one of the highest violent crime rates in America, you can start by looking at the DA's office. One thing, for sure, they do not send a strong message to criminals by prosecuting to the "full extent of the law". Just the opposite. Criminals in Springfield know they can get off easy. Criminal defense lawyers know this, as well, and play it to the fullest in defense of their client, however guilty they may be or how heinous the crime. The approach by the DA's office seems to be to not make waves as they use their prosecutorial position as a stepping stone, as they polish their resume toward their next appointed or elected job. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that if they did their job in helping to clean up crime in Springfield, people would stand up and cheer and their future career opportunities would be nothing short of excellent.

 

The DA's office makes a mockery out of the Massachusetts General (Criminal) Law prescribed sentencing, and takes the easy road of plea bargaining as much as possible. It is easier. For them and the criminals, that is...NOT the victims. If you look up the prescribed sentencing for crimes and what the actual plea bargain sentencing is, it is nothing short of shocking. How they get away with this is beyond belief.

There are plenty of specific examples of this as proof. The most recent (and there are MANY more) example is the jewelry store robbery in Chicopee approximately one year ago. It was a case of violent armed robbery, $100,000 in jewelry was stolen, and the store owner was severely assaulted / beaten. You will note in the Springfield Republican article (Jewelry store robbery puts brothers in prison, October 11, 2013) that the words "accepted a guilty plea" were used, avoiding the words plea bargain, but that is what it was. It also appears that some of the charges were dropped (that enables even leaner sentencing). What about assault and battery on the store owner with a dangerous weapon? That charge alone calls for 10 years in state prison according to Massachusetts General (Criminal) Law, Chapter 265, Section 15A (b). So the PLEA BARGAIN sentence put together by the DA's office was 3 to 4 years. Oh yes, we will knock off a year for time served. And, Oh yes, again, we will allow the criminals to keep the $100,000 in jewelry that they have stashed WITHOUT paying the store owner restitution, or returning the jewelry.

The victims, the store owner and his daughter, are in a state of shock, as they well should be. You can add all the extra police that you want in Springfield and that will not reduce violent crime. Until the City of Springfield puts a stake in the ground and does both...arrests and prosecutes violent criminals to the full extent of the law, violent crime will continue at a very high rate.

What we need in Springfield is a hard charging DA who is not only committed to reduce violent crime, but one who by his leadership and actions demonstrates that it will no longer be accepted. No more easy plea bargains and easy sentencing for violent crime. Only then will we see a reduction.

 

 

 

Obamacare - Devastating to Seniors and Illegal

During your entire work life you are subject to payroll deductions that go toward Medicare. Yet when retired and on Medicare you might find it extremely difficult to find a doctor that will take new Medicare patients. Why? According to the Congressional Budget Office nearly 3/4 of a trillion dollars will be taken out of Medicare in order to fund Obamacare. This is fact, not rumor or political conjecture. What this means is that the doctor reimbursement rate for Medicare patients will be substantially lower. Already, all across the country, many doctors are refusing new Medicare patients, since they have to run a business as well as provide medical care. The result for many seniors...you paid into Medicare all those years and now you may not be able to find a doctor to treat you! This is a direct consequence of Obamacare.

Obamacare was based upon premises as espoused by Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, a chief advisor to Obama on healthcare. He is on record saying that healthcare should be rationed in favor to those "most productive in society". This was a direct implication toward rationing of care for seniors, since they are not "most productive" at that point in their lives. Obama, himself, made comments (ABC News) about not having expensive surgery in favor of a painkiller, and having an "independent group" (not doctor / patient / family) decide what is necessary. He was referring to the review panels that are set up under Obamacare.

Cass Sunstein, Obama's Regulatory Czar wrote in a New York Times op-ed that healthcare rationing is both moral (he says) and good public policy. David Berwick, Obama's appointee to head the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services called for treatment to be denied according to "quality adjusted life years". This is all much more than conjecture, it is specific proof that by design Obamacare calls for the federal government to decide who gets what treatment, and certain groups of people such as seniors will be denied if they are not considered "productive". All this is an irrefutable proof behind the design of Obamacare. Of course the Affordable Care Act does not come right out and say "rationing" but what it says is that it can reduce how much the government pays health care providers for services, reduce payments to hospitals with very high rates of re-admissions or recommend innovations that cut "wasteful spending". This amounts to de facto rationing that negatively affects seniors. The result is the same.

Not only is Obamacare designed to negatively affect seniors. It is illegal. The Age Discrimination Act of 1975 is a national law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance, which will certainly be the case with the Affordable Care Act. In addition to being a violation of The Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Obamacare is also a violation of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution that provides protection against discrimination by federal and state governments. The 5th Amendment prohibits the federal government from depriving individuals of "life, liberty, or property" and for equal protection under the law. By depriving senior citizens the necessary care for life saving medical treatment and, for not providing equal protection, this becomes a clear violation of this Amendment, as well.

There are a multitude of major problems with Obamacare, but none greater than the devastating impact upon seniors. What kind of country have we become?

Obamacare is an abomination, it definitely violates the Constitution and other federal laws, it will cost trillions of dollars, and it will result in very poor healthcare for all Americans. We had a great healthcare system in America, all that was needed was some fine tuning, not a massive federally controlled system.

It is as plain as day what the fundamental premise of Obamacare is all about. If further proof is needed the Stimulus Bill provided for $1.1 billion to set up a Federal Coordinating Council in order to "guide" your doctor's decisions. It all sounds like something straight out of Nazi ideology, yet all this is the verifiable premise of Obamacare.

Let’s look logically what will most certainly happen with Obamacare. The intent is to take on approximately 30 million more people under the American healthcare system. Note that the number can be only a loose approximation since our borders are not controlled and “undocumented” immigrants either by direct or de facto inclusion will be covered by Obamacare. The fact is this will immediately become an overload since we do not have the doctors, nurses, and the medical personnel and service to cover all the additional people. The direct result will then be - rationing. The scenario above…treating only those that are “most productive in society” will take over. It has to - due to lack of medical personnel and services. This is in the design of Obamacare and this is why they are setting up an “independent group” as Obama stated, or a “Federal Coordinating Council” as included in the Stimulus Bill. The federal government will ultimately make decisions on who gets what care. This is not a good thing and it is not moral as Sunstein says, in fact just the opposite. It is immoral for something like this to happen in America.

Does anybody doubt that Obamacare, still another federally run program, will cost our country trillions of dollars? This may very well be “the nail” that bankrupts our once great nation. Yet if we had taken our currently excellent healthcare system and took logical steps to improve it, it would have become even better while solving any existing problems without a complete government takeover. This should have been the approach by the leadership of both parties in Washington.

Why is Obamacare Unconstitutional.? The reason is that the so called “individual mandate” that forces all Americans to buy healthcare or be subject to a fine is a direct violation the Commerce clause of the Constitution. The Commerce clause provides for the federal government “to regulate Commerce with foreign nations and with the Indian tribes”. Not to force people to buy something or fine them if they don’t! Yet a very misguided Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, twisted Obamacare’s individual mandate into being viewed as a tax…even though the Obama administration argued before the Court that it was NOT a tax! Amazing.

Further, nothing has been said about the fact that rationing healthcare that will adversely and differentially affect seniors is a direct violation of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. This Act specifically states that no federally sponsored program (such as Obamacare) can discriminate against seniors. The discrimination against seniors comes from the original premise of Obamacare ( Emanuel, Obama, Sunstein, Berwick and other specific statements); and by evidence: Stimulus Act and Obamacare itself calling for an independent group, coordinating council, panel, etc., and finally actual acts in violation of the Age Discrimination Act where rationing against seniors will occur….and it will, by design. 

In addition to age discrimination that will take place by federal panels that will ration and deny seniors necessary treatment, Obamacare provides for taking an estimated $716 billion out of Medicare to pay for it. This clearly means that reimbursement rates to doctors will be significantly be cut for seniors.  Already some doctors are refusing new Medicare patients...it will get worse.


There is little question that Obamacare is a direct violation of both the U.S. Constitution AND the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.

Obamacare was forced upon the American people against our will. That isn’t the way our democracy is supposed to work.  It violates the Constitution and other laws. It will drive our country deeper and deeper into debt; it will cost several trillions of dollars…ongoing… and this has been purposely hidden from the American people. In addition to what has been stated in this document, there are a whole host of nightmarish affects yet to be realized coming right at us soon. 

Obamacare will lead to higher healthcare costs for all Americans; to much poorer quality healthcare; to loss of jobs; it will negatively affect business; it will be a "nail" into our economy; and it will be policed by Gestapo-like IRS agents. Worst of all certain groups of people will be denied life saving medical treatment since it will be deemed by both the design of Obamacare, and by panels, to be too expensive for those least productive in society. How can something as evil as this become law in our country! In America?!     


We should not relent in our opposition to Obamacare; consider it a fait accompli and just accept it. We should not accept it. We need to get rid of it. We need to fight tooth and nail against it and throw it out. We need to instead take rational steps to improve the pre-existing healthcare system in America. It is VERY possible to do so and our healthcare system in America will be better than ever. That is the answer, NOT the illegal federally controlled abomination called Obamacare.

  

We Can Thank Obama For Crisis in Egypt

President Obama, in June 2009 commented to a BBC reporter, calling Egypt's President Mubarak a “stalwart ally” to the United States, who has “sustained peace with Israel” and “has been a force for stability.” At an earlier date Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, on an Arab television network in Egypt said, “I really consider President and Mrs. Mubarak to be friends of my family,” and added, “I hope to see him often.” With all his pluses and minuses, at least Mubarak represented some stability in the Mid East and maintained friendly relations with the United States. Critically important, as well, Mubarak had a peaceful and friendly relationship with Israel, essentially holding off other Arab countries that had radical non peaceful intentions toward Israel.

Then President Obama and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton turned on Mubarak and called for his ouster with essentially no plan on what would happen thereafter. His subsequent removal led to a dangerous vacuum in a volatile region of the world. Their answer was to back the Muslim Brotherhood and made statements to the effect that they were essentially a harmless group with good intentions. Yet all evidence and history pointed to just the opposite. They were and still are a terrorist organization that desperately wanted to gain control in Egypt and establish a radical Islamic state with hatred toward the West, the United States, and Israel. At that time Obama invited them to the White House while at the same time snubbing our proven friend and ally Israel and Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.

Although many were very skeptical at the time, the Egyptian people voted Muslim Brotherhood leader, Mohamed Morsi, as President. They did this placing a great deal of faith in the United States and President Obama's lead. The U.S. is the most respected democracy in the world...so they thought. It did not take Morsi long to show his true colors and he began to attempt to turn Egypt into a radical Islamic dictatorship. The predictable happened and the people, desperately wanting a true democracy, revolted. All across Egypt anti-Obama signs are displayed criticizing him for backing a terrorist organization.

You will never see or hear this in the media, but the truth and reality is that Obama's foreign policy, particularly in the Mid East, is a disaster. We can thank Obama for the current crisis in Egypt.


 

Immigration -Springfield, MA Mayor Applauded

 

 

Mayor Domenic Sarno is taking courageous steps to do something about a major negative affecting the City of Springfield. ("Sarno: No More Refugees", Springfield Republican, August 14, 2013). Springfield is a microcosm of what is going on across the entire United States. Our immigration system in America should offer compassion, help, and opportunity for those who want to seek a better life. Yet what we have is a situation that is totally out of control...anarchy. We are allowing our country to be overrun. Any rational country in the world has a right to control the level of immigration, and place certain conditions for the overall good of both the country and those who enter. Today, in America, we are not, and this leads to very serious local and national problems. This is not a partisan issue, it is a national issue that is now devoid of all common sense. At the same time we appear to allow politics and political gamesmanship to rule, not what is good for our country.

By allowing our country and localities to be overrun, as shown in Springfield, we invite substandard housing and code violations that create life, safety, and health hazards. It is inevitable that crime, drug trafficking, and violence increases. We are unable to keep up with language barriers. Immense strains are placed on the police department, the schools, hospitals and medical services. The economic well being of the entire community suffers, to the detriment of all, including those who are immigrants.

The call is for a "comprehensive immigration policy", as if immigration were something new to America. Yet for many years we DID have a policy, we just seem to have thrown it away for some twisted political purposes. My father came to this country as an Italian immigrant. Prior to entry he had to meet certain health requirements and have vaccinations against prevalent diseases at that time. He entered legally with a visa / green card. Upon entry he couldn't speak a word of English, but he learned the language and started a small business. He became a U.S. citizen and was very proud to be an American. He assimilated so much that he seldom even spoke Italian in the home. There is your "comprehensive immigration policy"!! We already had it. Our government at that time was rational and controlled both the level and conditions of entry. Millions of immigrants came to this country and bettered themselves and bettered our country. Yet we have allowed our then existing rational immigration system that worked to be eroded by politics.

What is needed all across our country, starting at the local level, is to have mayors of our cities, such as Mayor Sarno, to speak up and to take action. To have responsible governors, who care about their state and our nation to put politics aside..and do what is best. We should all support Mayor Sarno's good example of rational compassion.
