March For Life - Message From Youth Ignored

Undauntedly they ignored the winter storm on the East Coast, the cold, freezing temperatures, and they went to Washington. Hundreds of thousands of them marched, mostly young people, including many students. Their cause? They want to protect the lives of beautiful, innocent, helpless babies. Have we arrived at a point where young people have to teach us how to be humane?  Where are the rest of us? Is it the purity and clear thinking of youth who ONLY can see through propaganda, falsehoods, and distortions to show us the way?

And where was the media? Nowhere is there an example of a biased media than the purposeful failure to cover major relevant news each year concerning the annual March for Life in Washington. The media who are supposed to record and present the news to the American people in a factual manner, the very purpose of the profession of journalism, and the reason / responsibility for the inclusion of "freedom of the press" in the United States Constitution. Not only is the annual event essentially ignored and downplayed....just as importantly the trend is not reported. The trend is that more and more people are pro-life, and the startling trend is that young people in our country are significantly more pro-life. This is major, major news.  Yet it is well known that the media has arrived at a point where they will report as headline front page news a handful of people gathered on a street corner for a cause they approve of...yet ignore hundreds of thousands of people marching in Washington who represent the pro-life cause. This is not journalism; it is anti-news at the highest level.

Yet at the same time the media will build up as heroes such people as Wendy Davis, a state senator from Texas, who filibustered a bill that would prohibit abortions after 20 weeks. They will build up as a hero New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, who wants to push legislation that would allow unrestricted abortions, without parental notification in regard to young girls, up to and including 9 months of pregnancy. Then he turns around and calls those who disagree with him as "extremists". Still further, the media will glorify and hide the truth on organizations such as Planned Parenthood, who perform over 360,000 abortions a year while at the same time collecting $542 million in taxpayers money. (Fiscal 2012).

Even before modern methods such as ultrasound and other technological instrumentaion, medical science proved the existence of life within the womb of a pregnant woman. The evidence is irrefutable. Yet we are allowing the taking of that precious life through brutal, inhumane procedures at the rate of over a thousand times per day in the United States alone....56 million lives since Roe vs. Wade.

How can any of us sleep at night knowing that this is happening in our country?  How can the media live with themselves for not reporting the truth and facts, and actually covering up the taking of human life? The youth in our country, in significantly increasing numbers, are crying out, trying to show us the way. This message should not be covered up, but reported as a headline issue in every form of media outlet throughout our country.

I firmly believe that all of us some day will be asked what we did to protect human life. What will your answer be?

Major Obamacare Crisis Looming for Seniors

The stage was set in the very beginning. The chief architect and advisor on Obamacare, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, stated and wrote extensively that his position was that expensive medical care should be given only to those "most productive to society".  (By direct inference, NOT seniors.)  President Obama, himself, on ABC News, made comments about not having expensive surgery in favor of a painkiller. Cass Sunstein, Obama's regulatory czar said that rationing is good public policy; and David Berwick Obama's appointee to head the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid called for treatment to be denied according to "quality adjusted life years".  In spite of whatever is said or written to the contrary, de facto healthcare rationing for seniors was designed right into the Affordable Care Act. The evidence is overwhelming.

As if more proof was needed, part of the funding for Obamacare was to take 3/4 of a trillion dollars out of Medicare. Obviously this directly affects seniors and the reimbursement rates given to doctors for Medicare patients. As a result of the all the above the following is sure to happen and is very predictable:

1) Soon seniors will receive a letter from their insurance carriers of their supplemental medical insurance. They will be dropped from their present supplemental insurance and will be forced to go out and find new insurance to supplement Medicare.

2) In the Obamacare pool of insurance carriers they will find that the rates are very high, deductibles will be high and other costs, such as co-pay, etc. may be added. It will be a huge financial jolt to seniors on a fixed income.  

3) There is a good chance that in going to the Obamacare pool of insurance carriers that seniors will not be able to keep their present doctor. (It is already happening with millions of younger people who have private insurance.) This is when a VERY serious problem sets in for seniors.

4) When they attempt to find a new doctor, they will have great difficulty since already many doctors are not accepting new Medicare patients. Why? The Medicare reimbursement rates are so low that it becomes very difficult to run their medical care business...they cannot financially survive!  This will affect not only seniors who are currently on Medicare, but those who will soon reach an age where they will be. This will cause a major crisis since seniors will not be able to even find a doctor to treat them!

5) The Federal government is already requiring doctors to ask Medicare patients a series of questions in order to build a data base on senior patients. These questions are really none of the government's business, yet the information will be used in the future to allow a panel to determine if and what medical treatment will be allowed to be given. 

All of this is looming on the horizon for seniors...a major, major crisis. This will happen to people who are now seniors or soon will be, that for all their working lives paid into Medicare. We have Obamacare and both parties of Congress to thank for this. We have in Washington essentially a Godless people who will determine what groups of people are expendable. This is the type of thinking that existed in Nazi Germany. No one would have ever imagined that this would happen in America.

Just in case anybody cares or is interested, the de facto healthcare rationing against seniors that is designed right into Obamacare is a direct violation of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 that prohibits

discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance. As already stated there is overwhelming evidence of rationing against seniors built right into Obamacare.

The Obamacare crisis will surely hit seniors in 2014, it is just a matter of time. It will be major.

Obamacare for Seniors Like Nazi Germany

 

 

AARP an organization that betrayed seniors and betrayed America on Obamacare, has an ad that gives insight for the next major crisis to expect with Obamacare. In the very design of Obamacare, new Medicare seniors will:

(1) have great difficulty finding a doctor that takes new Medicare patients. The reason? Obamacare takes nearly 3/4 of a trillion dollars out of Medicare. Therefore the doctor reimbursement rate is so low that doctors are already refusing new Medicare patients....and

 

(2) necessary supplemental medical insurance for seniors will go through the same problems as the rest of Americans...only worse. If they get kicked out of their supplemental insurance, seniors will find great difficulty in finding a doctor or hospital; again due to Medicare reimbursement rates.

 

We can thank the chief architect of Obamacare, Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel, who believes that expensive medical care should be given to only "those most productive to society"...and that specifically excludes seniors. This is a Nazi Germany, Dr. Joseph Goebbels, style of inhumanity.

This is why the AARP ad specifically says "You will be able to visit any doctor or hospital that accepts Medicare patients". Notice how they sneakily added in "that accepts Medicare patients". AARP is very aware of the Emmanuel / Goebbels style plan for seniors in Obamacare.

 

 

 

Obamacare: American People Pathologically Lied To

 

 

“That means that no matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people: If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. If you like your health-care plan, you'll be able to keep your health-care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.” President Obama, June 15, 2009. The "period" at the end of each statement makes what he said even more emphatic as an implied guarantee to the American people.

 

“And if you like your insurance plan, you will keep it. No one will be able to take that away from you. It hasn't happened yet. It won't happen in the future.” President Obama, April 1, 2010. Again these are emphatic statements, implying a surety.

 

Yet according to several news sources in 2010 the administration knew that more than 40 to 67 percent of those in the individual market would not be able to keep their plans, even if they liked them. Still Obama continued in 2012, he was still saying , “If you already have health insurance, you will keep your health insurance.”

 

Robert Laszewski, of Health Policy and Strategy Associates, a consultant who works for health industry firms estimates that 80 percent of those in the individual market will not be able to keep their current policies and will have to buy insurance that meets requirements of the new law, which generally requires a richer package of benefits than most policies today. Yet it is even worse than stated and reported in the news. President Obama promised the American people would be paying about $2,500 less for insurance. Just the opposite is true. People will be paying dramatically higher insurance premiums and dramatically higher deductibles, They will lose long standing relationships with their doctors. Slicing right into the heart of the American people they will be denied free choice and forced to take insurance that they do not want, when they were previously very satisfied.

 

The hammer has yet to fall on seniors. Nearly 3/4 of a trillion dollars is being taken out of Medicare. That means that doctor reimbursement rates will be significantly reduced. Already many doctors are refusing new Medicare patients due to this. Many seniors will have great difficulty in finding a doctor. Vital medical care will be missing for seniors, and long delays for necessary care will surely occur. Many seniors on fixed income will also experience all that was said above about their supplemental insurance...canceled insurance, and if they can get it, much higher premiums and deductibles. Seniors, under Obamacare will be discriminated against. This is a violation of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. And it all by design, since the chief architect of Obamacare was Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel, who believes that seniors are not productive to society.

 

The American people were purposely lied to. It is more than lies, it is pathological. Obamacare is not only a debacle in implementation; It is an abomination. It will greatly increase cost to Americans and will result in a much lower quality healthcare system for the American people. This is what happens when you try to force something upon the American people against their will.

 

Obamacare will result in the worse crisis foisted upon the American people in the last 100 years.

Five Steps to Take Back Control of Public Schools

Many of our school districts throughout the country are out of control. They do things against the wishes of parents and taxpayers of the communities. They are led by people who have an agenda that is not in the best interests of the students, the community, or our country. It is time to act where necessary. Following are the 5 steps to take back our schools:

1) A single voice gets nowhere. Form a Committee of Concerned Parents and Taxpayers.

2) Put together a Parents / Taxpayers Bill of Rights with respect to the public school system. If this "Bill of Rights" meets opposition then get it in the ballot in the next local election so it becomes law.

3) Seek out, support, and elect good candidates for the Board of Education.

4) Replace superintendents and school administrators who do not act in the best interests of the students and the community. Change policies that are not in the best interests of the students and the community.

5) Keep a constant vigil and remember that this refers to your children, and the most precious resource in the community. "Public" means serving and responsible to the community.

America Will Not Survive Without God

Our Founding Fathers believed that God was important to both the founding and survival of our nation. Some modern day historians have tried to bury and ignore this very important part of our heritage. They want us to believe that the Founding Fathers were mainly Deists or Agnostics. Yet most of them were devout Christians and even those who weren't believed that God was critical to the survival of our nation. The proof of this is through their writings and speeches, our history is laced with their references to God.

Today, there is an ongoing distortion of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The Amendment prohibits the making of any law respecting the establishment of religion and impeding the free exercise of religion. Yet we have several groups today in our country that have twisted this toward actual violation of the Amendment by specifically preventing the free exercise of religion. The underlying motive is to take God out of every aspect of American life. It is a real and ongoing battle.

What we are doing is allowing a very small minority of people, if not a single individual, to remove the word God from every aspect of American life, or any reference to God in the military or in our government. This is a grave and fatal error never, ever intended by our Founders and a twisted interpretation of the First Amendment. Worse, our own government is disallowing any reference to God and in some cases going so far as to de fund any group that does so. Today, throughout our nation many Christian churches are praying for religious freedom, praying that our own government will not force Christians to violate our Christian faith, beliefs and teachings. The villain here is our own government! Our own government overriding the First Amendment in attempting to force religious institutions to violate their faith.

Look at history. From the beginning of time no empire or nation has survived with the absence of God. Many have been brutal dictatorships that caused great oppression and suffering to their people, as well as to other nations. Our Founders knew this. If we want to solve our nations problems, and even survive as a country, it is absolutely essential that we recognize that God is foundational to our country.
