We can disagree, but can still be friends. Although we differ in opinion, I
will listen to you and consider what you say, as you listen to me and consider
what I say. On occasion, we may both learn something. We can still enjoy our
common ground together as part of our friendship, and still maintain a sense of
humor. We can deeply respect each other. We can even love each other in spite of
our differences.
