Many of our school districts are led by people who have an agenda that is not in the best interests of the students, the community, or our country. It is time to act where necessary.
There is a 5 step approach recommended for parents / taxpayers for taking back control of public schools:
1) Form a Committee of Concerned Parents and Taxpayers.
2) Put together a Parents / Taxpayers Bill of Rights with respect to the public school system. If this "Bill of Rights" meets opposition then get it in the ballot in the next local election so it becomes law.
3) Seek out, support, and elect good candidates for the Board of Education.
4) Replace superintendents and school administrators who do not act in the best interests of the students and the community. Change policies that are not in the best interests of the students and the community.
5) Keep a constant vigil and remember that this is for your children, the most precious resource in the community. "Public" means serving and responsible to the community.

Communist Goals For Takeover of America Becoming Reality
Following are the Communist Goals that were stated in 1963 by the Communist Party for the takeover of America. These goals were placed in the Congressional Record at a time when we knew full well of the evils of communism and how it leads to a dictatorial oppressive form of government where the people live in misery without basic freedoms. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the "big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

Obama's Premise on Attending G20 Dead Wrong
There are serious problems with the article: "The Question at G 20: To spend or save?" , written by Richard Wolf, appearing in USA Today on June 24, 2010. To begin with whole premise of the article is way off base. You don't continue massive spending when you are broke and already have enormous debt. No individual, family, business, or organization would do that. It is totally illogical.
Wolfe states "...Obama is on firmer ground than he was last spring in London...". That is totally not true. Our national debt has skyrocketed to over $13 trillion during this time, unemployment has increased to 10%, as reported, (not 9.4% as reported in the article). Real measures of unemployment are even worse at 15 - 16% when you include those who have given up, and those underemployed just to earn meager incomes. In a more severe look, 24/7 Wall St. Online reports 100,753,706 unemployed of those over the age of 14, or 32.5% of the population. False claims of "creating jobs" by the Obama administration would be laughable if it were not so tragic. Real facts dispute claims.
The recently passed national healthcare, for certain, will add trillions of dollars to our national debt as well as creating social and medical chaos. Further proposed legislation coming down the pike will drive the United States even deeper into debt while at the same time undermining the stability and structure of America...all that which made us great. Legitimate estimates reveal that our national debt will more than double to well over $20 trillion over the next 10 years.
Being hidden until after the November election is the fact that a historical irresponsible budget of $3.8 trillion awaits us, with little being said about it by the media. This is not "firmer ground" as stated by Wolf.
The so called "stimulus" packages have done next to nothing for the economy. Much of the taxpayer money given out has been squandered, a great deal of it to special interests. Essentially all 50 states are broke and the only reason many of them are keeping their head above water is due only to federal money that is being used to feed the drug of overspending, fiscal irresponsibility, corruption, and waste.
Wolf, amazingly quotes the Center for Strategic and International Studies: "Obama goes there looking pretty good..."; then goes on to add "The administration is in a strong position to make its case". Its case for what? More out of control spending when you are already bankrupt!?
There is more. But the fundamental question that should be asked is how in the world can a leader, go into an international conference and propose more massive spending when the United States, and most of the world, is already in severe financial difficulty? It defies all logic.
Where is the media? Where is professional journalism that brings people the real perspective...the real facts and truths, not smoke and mirrors while our country fails.

National Healthcare Results in Massive Age Discrimination
The passing of National Healthcare, H.R.3590 - Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, signed into law by President Obama is an obvious violation of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. The predictable age discrimination of this legislation is now becoming apparent. ("Doctors limit new Medicare patients: Surveys point to payment concerns" article by Richard Wolf, USA Today, June 21, 2010) .
There is a clear violation based upon age. It is a fact that the United States does not have the doctor / medical services to provide healthcare for an additional 50 million people. In addition, it is extremely obvious that by taking 1/2 trillion dollars out of Medicare that the net result of this legislation will necessarily lead to rationing. This rationing will exclude Americans based upon age for certain, and their necessary health services, treatment and care.
This violation will affect 60 million Americans today, 55 and older, and an expected 107.6 million Americans (31 percent of the population) expected in 2030. This amounts to no less than massive age discrimination.
The Age Discrimination Act of 1975 is a national law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance, which will certainly be the case with the National Healthcare Law approved by Obama.
In addition to being a violation of The Age Discrimination Act of 1975, this Healthcare Bill is also a violation of both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution that provides protection against discrimination by federal and state governments. The 5th Amendment prohibits the federal government from depriving individuals of "life, liberty, or property" and for equal protection under the law. By depriving senior citizens the necessary care for life saving medical treatment and, for not providing equal protection, this becomes a clear violation of this Amendment. In addition The Fourteenth Amendment prohibits states from violating an individual's rights and equal protection. The proposed federally mandated healthcare bills would necessarily transcend to the state level through implementation.
This is a serious situation involving massive and continuing discrimination in the United States in direct violation to The Age Discrimination Act of 1975; the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.

CollectingBanter.com Website Posts Writing That Purposely Discredits Writer
The CollectingBanter.com website has posted an article that purposely discredits this writer. This is what the far left does...takes something that was written that they don't agree with and distort it, use misspellings, bad grammar, etc. to purposely make the writer look bad and then re-publish it under their name! Worse, they include remarks that are clearly racist and homophobic that were never said. This way they can then discredit everything that the author has written...giving the impression that he / she is some kind of a stupid racist, homophobe and a radical that has no credibility.
To prove this point I am including the original article that voiced concern over the Obama election that was submitted to several publications. Following is the article:
Socialist Takeover of America?
Fox News and the more rational talk radio shows are our only hope from preventing a far left socialist takeover of our country. The handwriting is clear as a bell, yet is being ignored by the media that is supposed to be one of our country's safeguards under the First Amendment to the Constitution. For several years now the far left has been slowly taking over the Democratic Party. Big money from radical left wing sources such as George Soros and others has been pumped into both propaganda and election campaigns in order to get the more left wing people elected. If it were fully investigated, there is little doubt that some of this money has been illegally filtered and laundered.
Hundreds of millions of dollars are being used at present in support of democratic congressional candidates in the current election. The massive amounts of money behind Kay Hagan in North Carolina in attempting to unseat Elizabeth Dole, and similar money behind attempts to unseat Senator John Sunnunu in New Hampshire are just two of the recent examples. The huge amount of money behind Barack Obama for president is even a bigger example. They make it appear that the money is coming from many individual donors, but all of it is not. We should never lose site of what George Soros represents...he wants to undo the sovereignty of the United Sates and favors a one world government among other very far left and radical objectives. We are at the turning point in the history of our nation.
The bias of the main stream media to the left and toward Democratic candidates has been clear and even getting stronger and more blatantly overt in recent years. This represents about 80 to 90% of all the information that the American public receives. They make communist cold war propaganda seem like child's play. Over recent years there has been a seeding process taking place. The far left has already been seeded in congress and other political positions throughout the country, the judicial, education, labor unions, all avenues of the media, and many other influential organizations. Democratic Congressman Henry Waxman of California recently blamed "free markets" for our nations current financial crisis to show the type of thinking that now exists.
The election of Barack Obama would represent the coup de grâce in order to finalize this takeover. There are just too many facts about Obama's history and associations with radical people and organizations that are clear indicators on what to expect if he becomes president.
Just think about an Obama presidency with an overwhelming Democratic congress and the full support of the media in order to support and propagandize their efforts, combined with the seeding that has already taken place. It would not only be a one party nation, but represent a far left socialist takeover of our country from which we may never recover. They would be able to act at will in a dictatorial fashion with no checks and balances in place. People like George Soros would have a major influence on the direction of our country.
There are just a few short days left before election time. The plea to you is to look at the facts, investigate and expose this before it is too late. You are our only remaining hope to save our country.

Hanging of 7 Year Old Last Straw
If ever there was a doubt about the pure evil of the Taliban and Al-Qaeda terrorists it should be totally erased by the recent public hanging of a 7 year old boy in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan. A 7 year old boy! There is no God associated with radical groups that commit such a heinous act. There is no God associated with throwing acid in the faces of young school girls. There is no God associated with young men (and women) blowing themselves to bits while killing innocent men, women, and children. There is no God associated with killing people who are involved with a funeral, a wedding, or engaged in prayer. Yet all of these are typical of the radical terrorists.
When are the nations of the world going to wake up and unite behind bringing this barbarism to an end? When is the media going to label it for what it REALLY is...pure evil? What good is the UN when they essentially do nothing to criticize or prevent it?
God represents goodness and respect for life. The Taliban and Al-Qaeda type terrorists have absolutely no respect for life and represent evil. Their actions need to be brought to an end.

Union Secret Ballot Vote Under Attack
The ability to cast a vote in America any way you want to, and to do it secretly, is one of our sacred rights. Yet we have under attack by the Obama administration and certain union heads a union members right to vote in secret. There is an attempt to have union votes be open so that all can see how a member votes. This allows all sorts of intimidation, reprisals, and retributions to take place. It should never happen.
When looking at union issues it is very important to separate out issues from the perspective of union leadership vs. what union members really want. Often reported is what the union leadership wants and this is interpreted as being a universal union want, including all membership. In many cases this is far from the truth.
The true agenda is to use this open vote ballot as a way to intimidate and control union members, and to unionize more work places by this form of intimidation. This is something that the administration in Washington wants since it effectively gives more power to the federal government. It is all part of federal government control of all aspects of American life.

Where Are The Jews??
There is little doubt that throughout the world that anti-Semitism has raised its ugly head again and it is more widespread than ever before. It is throughout Europe, certainly in the Arab / Muslim world, it strongly exists within the UN, and now, shockingly, is prevalent in America. Even the media has taken up the drumbeat of anti-Semitism. Israel has been one of our strongest friends and allies, and a model of democracy in the Middle East. Yet recently we have both turned our back on them and insulted them. We have essentially betrayed them.
A great strength of Israel had been through the Jewish people world wide through both their pride and support of the country, including Jewish / Americans. But today, where are the Jews? Jewish / Americans have aligned themselves with the left, even the far left, yet these ideologies over and over reflect anti-Semitic sentiment. It is like spitting in your own face! In addition to their lack of support of Israel, allowing anti-Semitism to flow, Jewish / Americans have aligned themselves with ideologies that are in conflict with their Jewish faith. Start with the Ten Commandments and then extend it to the teachings and beliefs of the Jewish religion. Yet it has been reported that 78% of Jewish voters, voted for President Obama.
Terrorists organizations and countries like Iran have repeatedly stated that their clear objective is to destroy Israel...not living together peacefully, not negotiations...destruction as their only objective. To that end they have instigated wars and acts of terrorism. Routinely they lob missiles and rockets into civilian populated areas of Israel. Bounded by hostile countries and terrorist organizations that want to destroy them, for their very existence, Israel must defend itself. For their survival they must take preventative action. Yet today, irrationally, many countries and the UN criticize Israel, not those who perpetrate terrorism and destruction.

Poor Leadership by Obama Over Gulf Oil Disaster
President Obama has shown extremely poor leadership over the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster.
Following are his failures:
Failed to understand the extent and seriousness of the problem.
Failed to act with a sense of urgency.
Attacked the oil company, BP, instead of working with them to find a solution.
Attacked his critics, thereby detracting from the mission to solve the problem.
Made it a political issue, instead of a non partisan one.
Organizational efforts appear totally absent. No one is in charge.
Allows Eric Holder to bring suit against BP that will only cause distractions when vital, undivided, concentrated effort is needed by BP and all involved to solve the problem. A huge error. Lawsuits, if deserved, should be brought after, not during the crisis.
What he should have done (and should do):
Meet immediately with the governors of the Gulf border states, in a non partisan manner, in order to LISTEN and jointly develop a plan.
Hold an urgent conference with top experts in the related fields that could help, those who have the expertise in oceanography, drilling, related technical and engineering specialities, etc. From this group, and working with the governors, develop an action plan that can be implemented immediately. This action plan should be comprised of two parts:
1) Action to prevent the oil from reaching border state shores with a sense of urgency.
2) Action to plug and stop the massive oil leaking.
Appoint a small and visible team with a competent lead person representing the federal government. The team should include a representative of the governors of each of the Gulf bordering states; a representative from BP; and a representative from the scientific / engineering expert committee. This team should be charged with full authority to act in order to do what is necessary to solve the problem, devoid of politics. They should be charged with a sense of urgency. They should keep the American public fully informed on the progress through excellent communication.
Provide the full federal resources in order to back up these plans.
Make every effort to keep the solution totally non partisan.
Back off everybody in federal government (Holder, etc.) that will detract from the concentrated urgency required to solve the problem...until AFTER the problem is solved.

Media Feeding Americans False Propaganda
There is a constant stream of false propaganda attempting to prop up the Obama administration by making it appear that the economy is doing better. By doing this much of the news media is not only hurting America, but betraying us. What the American people need is the truth, not propaganda. This this is both the duty and the responsibility of the news media and professional journalism.
The real story is that the U.S. national debt just surpassed a whopping $13 trillion, yet this very significant occurrence has been barely reported. The real truth is that all 50 states in America are in severe financial difficulty, contrary to what has been reported. Recently in Bloomberg Businessweek, Meredith Whitney, founder and chief executive officer of Meredith Whitney Advisory Group in New York said the financial conditions of U.S. states resemble those in Greece, whose debt was downgraded by Standard & Poor’s to junk status.
Astoundingly, the US Treasury has reported that in the next 10 years (by 2020) the spending of major entitlement programs plus interest on the national debt will absorb 100% of federal revenue. This does not include the cost of the new healthcare law where the costs will be significant.
Unemployment, as reported, is hanging at around 9.7%. But this has been deflated by the federal government hiring of 411,000 temporary jobs, with 16,000 new permanent jobs on the way. What organization would hire huge amounts of people when deeply in debt? As we all know these unemployment numbers don't include those who have given up looking for jobs, estimated at over 300,000 people, and those who have accepted lower paying or part time jobs. The REAL unemployment number hovers around 16%.
Purposely kept on low burner by the media and the Obama administration is the fact the next fiscal year's budget is a staggering $3.8 trillion. This shows total irresponsibility by the administration in managing the economy.
The states and the U.S. economy are in a very dire condition. This is the real truth that should be reported, and what the American people deserve to read about and hear.

A Time of Divine Mercy, A Time of Urgency
It is all coming together. There have been many signs, but perhaps the most recent significant ones are those as given by Saint Faustina, and by the Blessed Virgin Mary's apparitions in Medjugorje, in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, bordering Croatia.
As a young and simple nun, Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ appeared to Sister Faustina on February 22, 1931. His message was that of Divine Mercy, but also with a severe warning. His Divine Mercy is so amazing since He wants to give every person, all chances possible, to save their souls. His love is immense for all of us, and so great that it is unimaginable. Sister Faustina put together a Diary of all the messages given to her by Jesus. Some of the most significant messages are as follows:
You will prepare the world for My final coming. (Diary 429)
Speak to the world about My mercy ... It is a sign for the end times. After it will come the Day of Justice. While there is still time, let them have recourse to the fountain of My mercy. (Diary 848)
Tell souls about this great mercy of Mine, because the awful day, the day of My justice, is near. (Diary 965)
I am prolonging the time of mercy for the sake of sinners. But woe to them if they do not recognize this time of My visitation. (Diary 1160)
Before the Day of Justice, I am sending the Day of Mercy. (Diary 1588)
He who refuses to pass through the door of My mercy must pass through the door of My justice. (Diary 1146)
In addition to these words of Our Lord, Sister Faustina gives us the Words of the Mother of Mercy, the Blessed Virgin Mary, as given to her:
You have to speak to the world about His great mercy and prepare the world for the Second Coming of Him who will come, not as a merciful Savior, but as a just Judge. Oh how terrible is that day! Determined is the day of justice, the day of divine wrath. The angels tremble before it. Speak to souls about this great mercy while it is still the time for granting mercy. (Diary 635)
Pope John Paul II, one of the holiest of all time, recognized the importance of these messages and the role of Sister Faustina in bringing them to us. She was hailed by Pope John Paul II as "the great apostle of Divine Mercy in our time." On April 30, 2000, the Pope canonized her as Saint Faustina, saying that the message of Divine Mercy she shared is urgently needed...
Medjugorje is also very significant and consistent with the messages given to Saint Faustina. The Blessed Virgin Mary has been appearing and giving messages to the world. She tells us that God has sent Her to our world and, these years she is spending with us are a time of Grace granted by God. In Her own words She tells us, "I have come to tell the world that God exists. He is the fullness of life, and to enjoy this fullness and peace, you must return to God".
Once Our Lady stops appearing there will be three warnings given to the world. After the first warning, the others will follow within a rather brief period of time. After the three warnings, the permanent visible sign will be left on the mountain where Our Lady first appeared in Medjugorje.
Those who are still alive will have little time for conversion. For that reason, the Blessed Virgin calls for urgent conversion and reconciliation. The permanent sign will lead to many healings and conversions before the messages become reality.
She has revealed secrets to 6 children, now adults, that she appeared to in Medjugorje. The ninth and tenth secrets are grave matters. They are a chastisement for the sins of the world. The punishment is inevitable because we cannot expect the conversion of the entire world. The chastisements can be lessened by prayers and penance, but they cannot be suppressed entirely. An evil which threatened the world according to the seventh secret, has been eliminated through prayer and fasting.
For that reason the Blessed Virgin continues to ask for prayer and fasting. The invitation to prayer and penance wards off evil and war, and above all, saves souls. Our Lady says: "You have forgotten that with prayer and fasting you can ward off wars, suspend natural laws."
With Both Saint Faustina and the Blessed Virgin Mary appearing in Medjugorje there is a common theme.
1) There is an urgency, a pleading for our conversion. To get our lives in order and to return to God. To pray regularly, go to Mass and to receive the Sacraments of the Church regularly. This also means to go to Confession. To stop doing things that we know are wrong and are displeasing to God and put our lives back on the right course.
2) This is a truly amazing example of immense love for us by Jesus; to give us every opportunity possible to save our souls. No matter what we have done, no matter how bad, He wants to offer His mercy and forgiveness to us. All we have to do is act, be sorry for what we have done wrong, to ask for forgiveness, and to get on the right track and stay on it, to focus on what is REALLY important in life.
3) There is this urgency since if we don't act to get our lives back on track, there will be a terrible judgement in store for us. Despite of what is purposely obscured today, there is a hell. The time is now, since when things do start to happen we have already been warned that it may be too late. It is as serious as you can get. It is urgent for us to act.
There is so much great love for us. We are in a period of grace, a period of Divine Mercy, a period given to us by God to give us every chance possible to save our souls. There is no greater love.

Medjugorje is also very significant and consistent with the messages given to Saint Faustina. The Blessed Virgin Mary has been appearing and giving messages to the world. She tells us that God has sent Her to our world and, these years she is spending with us are a time of Grace granted by God. In Her own words She tells us, "I have come to tell the world that God exists. He is the fullness of life, and to enjoy this fullness and peace, you must return to God".
Once Our Lady stops appearing there will be three warnings given to the world. After the first warning, the others will follow within a rather brief period of time. After the three warnings, the permanent visible sign will be left on the mountain where Our Lady first appeared in Medjugorje.
Those who are still alive will have little time for conversion. For that reason, the Blessed Virgin calls for urgent conversion and reconciliation. The permanent sign will lead to many healings and conversions before the messages become reality.
She has revealed secrets to 6 children, now adults, that she appeared to in Medjugorje. The ninth and tenth secrets are grave matters. They are a chastisement for the sins of the world. The punishment is inevitable because we cannot expect the conversion of the entire world. The chastisements can be lessened by prayers and penance, but they cannot be suppressed entirely. An evil which threatened the world according to the seventh secret, has been eliminated through prayer and fasting.
For that reason the Blessed Virgin continues to ask for prayer and fasting. The invitation to prayer and penance wards off evil and war, and above all, saves souls. Our Lady says: "You have forgotten that with prayer and fasting you can ward off wars, suspend natural laws."
With Both Saint Faustina and the Blessed Virgin Mary appearing in Medjugorje there is a common theme.
1) There is an urgency, a pleading for our conversion. To get our lives in order and to return to God. To pray regularly, go to Mass and to receive the Sacraments of the Church regularly. This also means to go to Confession. To stop doing things that we know are wrong and are displeasing to God and put our lives back on the right course.
2) This is a truly amazing example of immense love for us by Jesus; to give us every opportunity possible to save our souls. No matter what we have done, no matter how bad, He wants to offer His mercy and forgiveness to us. All we have to do is act, be sorry for what we have done wrong, to ask for forgiveness, and to get on the right track and stay on it, to focus on what is REALLY important in life.
3) There is this urgency since if we don't act to get our lives back on track, there will be a terrible judgement in store for us. Despite of what is purposely obscured today, there is a hell. The time is now, since when things do start to happen we have already been warned that it may be too late. It is as serious as you can get. It is urgent for us to act.
There is so much great love for us. We are in a period of grace, a period of Divine Mercy, a period given to us by God to give us every chance possible to save our souls. There is no greater love.
