Obamacare for Seniors Like Nazi Germany

 

 

AARP an organization that betrayed seniors and betrayed America on Obamacare, has an ad that gives insight for the next major crisis to expect with Obamacare. In the very design of Obamacare, new Medicare seniors will:

(1) have great difficulty finding a doctor that takes new Medicare patients. The reason? Obamacare takes nearly 3/4 of a trillion dollars out of Medicare. Therefore the doctor reimbursement rate is so low that doctors are already refusing new Medicare patients....and

 

(2) necessary supplemental medical insurance for seniors will go through the same problems as the rest of Americans...only worse. If they get kicked out of their supplemental insurance, seniors will find great difficulty in finding a doctor or hospital; again due to Medicare reimbursement rates.

 

We can thank the chief architect of Obamacare, Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel, who believes that expensive medical care should be given to only "those most productive to society"...and that specifically excludes seniors. This is a Nazi Germany, Dr. Joseph Goebbels, style of inhumanity.

This is why the AARP ad specifically says "You will be able to visit any doctor or hospital that accepts Medicare patients". Notice how they sneakily added in "that accepts Medicare patients". AARP is very aware of the Emmanuel / Goebbels style plan for seniors in Obamacare.

 

 

 

Obamacare: American People Pathologically Lied To

 

 

“That means that no matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people: If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. If you like your health-care plan, you'll be able to keep your health-care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.” President Obama, June 15, 2009. The "period" at the end of each statement makes what he said even more emphatic as an implied guarantee to the American people.

 

“And if you like your insurance plan, you will keep it. No one will be able to take that away from you. It hasn't happened yet. It won't happen in the future.” President Obama, April 1, 2010. Again these are emphatic statements, implying a surety.

 

Yet according to several news sources in 2010 the administration knew that more than 40 to 67 percent of those in the individual market would not be able to keep their plans, even if they liked them. Still Obama continued in 2012, he was still saying , “If you already have health insurance, you will keep your health insurance.”

 

Robert Laszewski, of Health Policy and Strategy Associates, a consultant who works for health industry firms estimates that 80 percent of those in the individual market will not be able to keep their current policies and will have to buy insurance that meets requirements of the new law, which generally requires a richer package of benefits than most policies today. Yet it is even worse than stated and reported in the news. President Obama promised the American people would be paying about $2,500 less for insurance. Just the opposite is true. People will be paying dramatically higher insurance premiums and dramatically higher deductibles, They will lose long standing relationships with their doctors. Slicing right into the heart of the American people they will be denied free choice and forced to take insurance that they do not want, when they were previously very satisfied.

 

The hammer has yet to fall on seniors. Nearly 3/4 of a trillion dollars is being taken out of Medicare. That means that doctor reimbursement rates will be significantly reduced. Already many doctors are refusing new Medicare patients due to this. Many seniors will have great difficulty in finding a doctor. Vital medical care will be missing for seniors, and long delays for necessary care will surely occur. Many seniors on fixed income will also experience all that was said above about their supplemental insurance...canceled insurance, and if they can get it, much higher premiums and deductibles. Seniors, under Obamacare will be discriminated against. This is a violation of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. And it all by design, since the chief architect of Obamacare was Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel, who believes that seniors are not productive to society.

 

The American people were purposely lied to. It is more than lies, it is pathological. Obamacare is not only a debacle in implementation; It is an abomination. It will greatly increase cost to Americans and will result in a much lower quality healthcare system for the American people. This is what happens when you try to force something upon the American people against their will.

 

Obamacare will result in the worse crisis foisted upon the American people in the last 100 years.

Five Steps to Take Back Control of Public Schools

Many of our school districts throughout the country are out of control. They do things against the wishes of parents and taxpayers of the communities. They are led by people who have an agenda that is not in the best interests of the students, the community, or our country. It is time to act where necessary. Following are the 5 steps to take back our schools:

1) A single voice gets nowhere. Form a Committee of Concerned Parents and Taxpayers.

2) Put together a Parents / Taxpayers Bill of Rights with respect to the public school system. If this "Bill of Rights" meets opposition then get it in the ballot in the next local election so it becomes law.

3) Seek out, support, and elect good candidates for the Board of Education.

4) Replace superintendents and school administrators who do not act in the best interests of the students and the community. Change policies that are not in the best interests of the students and the community.

5) Keep a constant vigil and remember that this refers to your children, and the most precious resource in the community. "Public" means serving and responsible to the community.

America Will Not Survive Without God

Our Founding Fathers believed that God was important to both the founding and survival of our nation. Some modern day historians have tried to bury and ignore this very important part of our heritage. They want us to believe that the Founding Fathers were mainly Deists or Agnostics. Yet most of them were devout Christians and even those who weren't believed that God was critical to the survival of our nation. The proof of this is through their writings and speeches, our history is laced with their references to God.

Today, there is an ongoing distortion of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The Amendment prohibits the making of any law respecting the establishment of religion and impeding the free exercise of religion. Yet we have several groups today in our country that have twisted this toward actual violation of the Amendment by specifically preventing the free exercise of religion. The underlying motive is to take God out of every aspect of American life. It is a real and ongoing battle.

What we are doing is allowing a very small minority of people, if not a single individual, to remove the word God from every aspect of American life, or any reference to God in the military or in our government. This is a grave and fatal error never, ever intended by our Founders and a twisted interpretation of the First Amendment. Worse, our own government is disallowing any reference to God and in some cases going so far as to de fund any group that does so. Today, throughout our nation many Christian churches are praying for religious freedom, praying that our own government will not force Christians to violate our Christian faith, beliefs and teachings. The villain here is our own government! Our own government overriding the First Amendment in attempting to force religious institutions to violate their faith.

Look at history. From the beginning of time no empire or nation has survived with the absence of God. Many have been brutal dictatorships that caused great oppression and suffering to their people, as well as to other nations. Our Founders knew this. If we want to solve our nations problems, and even survive as a country, it is absolutely essential that we recognize that God is foundational to our country.


 

Manufacturing - Essential to a Positive US Economy

Since the 1800's the core strength of the United States has been manufacturing. We are blessed with an excellent labor force; an abundance of raw materials; domestic energy sources that can be tapped into; readily available transportation through rail, roads and waterways; and a huge market right here in America.

A nation that resigns itself to becoming just a consumer nation will tend toward a weaker economy and is pushed into a state of dependency. Yet a nation that manufactures will tend toward a much stronger economy and be in control of their own destiny. When you give up manufacturing you give up much, much more. The need for research, development, and technology become much less over time. Manufacturing know-how and manufacturing process technology will slip away since there is no need. This state of dependency becomes a threat to national security...economically, as well as for vital parts and items to run our country, and for national defense. A dependent nation becomes weak, vulnerable, and economically devastated. This is what has happened to the United States over the last several years.

In 2012, US News & World Report, reported that we had given up 5.1 million manufacturing jobs since 2001. Also in 2012, America's Economic Report - Daily reported that the loss of manufacturing jobs over 20 years was at an alarming level of 6.4 million jobs. Yet it is much worse than that since we also lose "magnet jobs". Those include other local businesses in the area of the manufacturing plants. These include restaurants, business suppliers, trades such as electricians, etc., legal services, insurance...and the list goes on and on...all those that support the manufacturing business. The net total loss of jobs by giving up manufacturing could be as high as 8 to 9 million jobs over the last 20 years. This has a devastating effect on our economy.

No single step could improve our economy more than bringing back manufacturing to America.

But don't look to Washington to solve our loss of manufacturing problem in the U.S. Don't look to corporate leadership to solve the problem, they are driven by greed and in many cases over simplistic false economics. And don't look to the business schools in America...they are the ones who preached for many years that ..."We are becoming a service economy". In fact they beat the drum so much on this topic that people began to believe it. A great disservice to America. (Look around you. Everything you see is manufactured!)

The result of all this is that we have given up our core strength as a country, specifically, manufacturing. So how do we solve this problem? Well, this is one area where the people, the consumers, still have tremendous power. We are need to get strongly organized behind ONLY buying goods that are manufactured in America. We need to insist upon it. This one, strong, simple step will turn the economy of America around into a very positive direction. Not Washington; not greedy, misguided corporations; not the business schools; but the people of America! Don't be fooled by "assembled in America" only. We should buy goods that are MADE and ASSEMBLED in America, by our own workers.

You have great power to do something very positive for your country. Starting today, this very moment, you are urged to look at labels...and even if you have to do some research and investigation on where to find it...ONLY buy goods that are MADE IN AMERICA. Insist upon it. By doing so YOU will be a major force toward turning the economy of the United States around. I guarantee it. YOU can make a major difference.

 

The Collapse of America Will Be Our Fault

Everything seems upside down. Led by the media, many of the American people feel relieved by President Obama signing a bill that will "open the government". The stock market showed a significant increase. The administration and Congress will go back to their ways of enormous spending. They will satisfy themselves and the American people by making token, minor cuts in spending and claim it as very positive step. Many so called "economists" will tell you this is a good thing. We can all go back to our lives as usual, no worries.

Yet this bill signing to open the government, in particular, may be a turning point that will lead to the final leg of the economic collapse of America. In 3 years our national debt will be over $20 trillion, still running out of control. Our economy will not be able to sustain itself and things will then become irreversible. The economic collapse will place the American people into a dire state, widespread poverty and hunger, with a great deal of suffering. Our freedoms will be taken away so as to preserve order. Our once great democracy will be on the verge of collapse, following the economy. The legacy left to our children, our grandchildren, and future generations will be a miserable one. And it will be OUR fault. We sat back and allowed all this to happen. We didn't use our intelligence and common sense to do anything about this. Yet it was all there right in front of us.

What we should have done is stopped our federal government and members of Congress dead in their tracks. We should have allowed a complete shut down and suffered to consequences now, as bad as it could have been, and take the punishment now in lesser form. We should have demanded an approved federal budget under our close scrutiny. We should have demanded a stop to the out of control spending and a short term committed plan toward achieving a balanced budget. We should have demanded fiscal responsibility by our government and members of Congress. We should have given a non partisan threat to all members of Congress that we would vote them out of office if they did not comply.

Only then could America have survived. Now it may be too late. We have effectively given them, with the help of the media, a license to destroy America. There is nothing to celebrate about today. There should only be sadness.

 

Voter Fraud Destroying America

Voter fraud in America is wide spread and a threat to our democracy. It is much more prevalent than admitted. In the 2008 Senator Norm Coleman was running for re-election against Al Franken. On the morning after the election, after 2.9 million people had voted, Coleman led Franken by 725 votes. Then suddenly the Al Franken people went to work and lo and behold Al Franken won the election! Later it was discovered that 1,099 felons, all ineligible to vote, were allowed to vote in this election...and there is more. There is a strong consensus that Franken was put into office through voter fraud. You can also blame the Republicans for letting them get away with this.

People in Nevada were not happy with Senator Harry Reid and they indicated that there was NO WAY that he was going to get re-elected. Yet amazingly he did! Did you know that the SEIU union is in charge of servicing voting machines? There were complaints of people voting for Reid’s opponent only to find out the vote came out for Reid! There were other charges of bribes, write in ballot fraud and more. Reid was “re-elected”.

In small town New England residents who know everybody in town witnessed busloads of “voters” that they didn’t recognize, being driven up to polling stations to vote, only to go to the next station to vote again. Across the country there is very widespread fraudulent voter registration with fake names, dead people’s names…you name it. Just get a name, any name, in order to vote. At the same time the write in ballot vote has increased tremendously. What this does is maximize the opportunity to cheat. There are reports that people not in this country legally, and certainly not American citizens, are voting by the thousands. Yet only American citizens can vote in a federal election.

In the last presidential election Barack Obama received 100% of the vote in Philadelphia. What that means that not one single person voted for Mitt Romney, not one! The probability of that happening was zero. This was most certainly a red flag indicating voter fraud, yet it was ignored. Why? In the last couple of elections, in particular, there were “errors” in mailing out paperwork for overseas service people voting….our US soldiers! This appeared to be an overt attempt to delay and block voting from our service men and women. The reason? They tend to vote conservative.

Today, there is a whole system set up for voter fraud in our country in order to influence and steal elections. No wonder they fight voter ID tooth and nail claiming that it disenfranchises the elderly, handicapped and the poor. This is pure bunk since all of us, including all the people mentioned, are required to present IDs for MANY other things with no problem. We all know that this is a false issue. They are protecting the ability to commit voter fraud, that is the REAL issue.

Our right to vote in the country is sacred. Voter fraud is a blasphemy that goes right to the very core of our democracy. Our democracy is being threatened by widespread and growing voter fraud. All should be deeply concerned.

 

On Violent Crime in Springfield, MA

 

If you want to look at why Springfield has one of the highest violent crime rates in America, you can start by looking at the DA's office. One thing, for sure, they do not send a strong message to criminals by prosecuting to the "full extent of the law". Just the opposite. Criminals in Springfield know they can get off easy. Criminal defense lawyers know this, as well, and play it to the fullest in defense of their client, however guilty they may be or how heinous the crime. The approach by the DA's office seems to be to not make waves as they use their prosecutorial position as a stepping stone, as they polish their resume toward their next appointed or elected job. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that if they did their job in helping to clean up crime in Springfield, people would stand up and cheer and their future career opportunities would be nothing short of excellent.

 

The DA's office makes a mockery out of the Massachusetts General (Criminal) Law prescribed sentencing, and takes the easy road of plea bargaining as much as possible. It is easier. For them and the criminals, that is...NOT the victims. If you look up the prescribed sentencing for crimes and what the actual plea bargain sentencing is, it is nothing short of shocking. How they get away with this is beyond belief.

There are plenty of specific examples of this as proof. The most recent (and there are MANY more) example is the jewelry store robbery in Chicopee approximately one year ago. It was a case of violent armed robbery, $100,000 in jewelry was stolen, and the store owner was severely assaulted / beaten. You will note in the Springfield Republican article (Jewelry store robbery puts brothers in prison, October 11, 2013) that the words "accepted a guilty plea" were used, avoiding the words plea bargain, but that is what it was. It also appears that some of the charges were dropped (that enables even leaner sentencing). What about assault and battery on the store owner with a dangerous weapon? That charge alone calls for 10 years in state prison according to Massachusetts General (Criminal) Law, Chapter 265, Section 15A (b). So the PLEA BARGAIN sentence put together by the DA's office was 3 to 4 years. Oh yes, we will knock off a year for time served. And, Oh yes, again, we will allow the criminals to keep the $100,000 in jewelry that they have stashed WITHOUT paying the store owner restitution, or returning the jewelry.

The victims, the store owner and his daughter, are in a state of shock, as they well should be. You can add all the extra police that you want in Springfield and that will not reduce violent crime. Until the City of Springfield puts a stake in the ground and does both...arrests and prosecutes violent criminals to the full extent of the law, violent crime will continue at a very high rate.

What we need in Springfield is a hard charging DA who is not only committed to reduce violent crime, but one who by his leadership and actions demonstrates that it will no longer be accepted. No more easy plea bargains and easy sentencing for violent crime. Only then will we see a reduction.

 

 

 

Obamacare - Devastating to Seniors and Illegal

During your entire work life you are subject to payroll deductions that go toward Medicare. Yet when retired and on Medicare you might find it extremely difficult to find a doctor that will take new Medicare patients. Why? According to the Congressional Budget Office nearly 3/4 of a trillion dollars will be taken out of Medicare in order to fund Obamacare. This is fact, not rumor or political conjecture. What this means is that the doctor reimbursement rate for Medicare patients will be substantially lower. Already, all across the country, many doctors are refusing new Medicare patients, since they have to run a business as well as provide medical care. The result for many seniors...you paid into Medicare all those years and now you may not be able to find a doctor to treat you! This is a direct consequence of Obamacare.

Obamacare was based upon premises as espoused by Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, a chief advisor to Obama on healthcare. He is on record saying that healthcare should be rationed in favor to those "most productive in society". This was a direct implication toward rationing of care for seniors, since they are not "most productive" at that point in their lives. Obama, himself, made comments (ABC News) about not having expensive surgery in favor of a painkiller, and having an "independent group" (not doctor / patient / family) decide what is necessary. He was referring to the review panels that are set up under Obamacare.

Cass Sunstein, Obama's Regulatory Czar wrote in a New York Times op-ed that healthcare rationing is both moral (he says) and good public policy. David Berwick, Obama's appointee to head the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services called for treatment to be denied according to "quality adjusted life years". This is all much more than conjecture, it is specific proof that by design Obamacare calls for the federal government to decide who gets what treatment, and certain groups of people such as seniors will be denied if they are not considered "productive". All this is an irrefutable proof behind the design of Obamacare. Of course the Affordable Care Act does not come right out and say "rationing" but what it says is that it can reduce how much the government pays health care providers for services, reduce payments to hospitals with very high rates of re-admissions or recommend innovations that cut "wasteful spending". This amounts to de facto rationing that negatively affects seniors. The result is the same.

Not only is Obamacare designed to negatively affect seniors. It is illegal. The Age Discrimination Act of 1975 is a national law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance, which will certainly be the case with the Affordable Care Act. In addition to being a violation of The Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Obamacare is also a violation of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution that provides protection against discrimination by federal and state governments. The 5th Amendment prohibits the federal government from depriving individuals of "life, liberty, or property" and for equal protection under the law. By depriving senior citizens the necessary care for life saving medical treatment and, for not providing equal protection, this becomes a clear violation of this Amendment, as well.

There are a multitude of major problems with Obamacare, but none greater than the devastating impact upon seniors. What kind of country have we become?

Obamacare is an abomination, it definitely violates the Constitution and other federal laws, it will cost trillions of dollars, and it will result in very poor healthcare for all Americans. We had a great healthcare system in America, all that was needed was some fine tuning, not a massive federally controlled system.

By implication this was a direct indication of denying necessary care for seniors, the chronically ill, the handicapped, and even babies / young children since they are not "most productive" at that point. If further proof is needed the Stimulus Bill provided for $1.1 billion to set up a Federal Coordinating Council in order to "guide" your doctor's decisions. It all sounds like something straight out of Nazi ideology, yet all this is the verifiable premise of Obamacare.

Let’s look logically what will most certainly happen with Obamacare. The intent is to take on approximately 30 million more people under the American healthcare system. Note that the number can be only a loose approximation since our borders are not controlled and “undocumented” immigrants either by direct or de facto inclusion will be covered by Obamacare. The fact is this will immediately become an overload since we do not have the doctors, nurses, and the medical personnel and service to cover all the additional people. The direct result will then be - rationing. The scenario above…treating only those that are “most productive in society” will take over. It has to - due to lack of medical personnel and services. This is in the design of Obamacare and this is why they are setting up an “independent group” as Obama stated, or a “Federal Coordinating Council” as included in the Stimulus Bill. The federal government will ultimately make decisions on who gets what care. This is not a good thing and it is not moral as Sunstein says, in fact just the opposite. It is immoral for something like this to happen in America.

Does anybody doubt that Obamacare, still another federally run program, will cost our country trillions of dollars? This may very well be “the nail” that bankrupts our once great nation. Yet if we had taken our currently excellent healthcare system and took logical steps to improve it, it would have become even better while solving any existing problems without a complete government takeover. This should have been the approach by the leadership of both parties in Washington.

Why is Obamacare Unconstitutional.? The reason is that the so called “individual mandate” that forces all Americans to buy healthcare or be subject to a fine is a direct violation the Commerce clause of the Constitution. The Commerce clause provides for the federal government “to regulate Commerce with foreign nations and with the Indian tribes”. Not to force people to buy something or fine them if they don’t! Yet a very misguided Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, twisted Obamacare’s individual mandate into being viewed as a tax…even though the Obama administration argued before the Court that it was NOT a tax! Amazing.

Further, nothing has been said about the fact that rationing healthcare that will adversely and differentially affect seniors is a direct violation of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. This Act specifically states that no federally sponsored program (such as Obamacare) can discriminate against seniors. The discrimination against seniors comes from the original premise of Obamacare ( Emanuel, Obama, Sunstein, Berwick and other specific statements); and by evidence: Stimulus Act and Obamacare itself calling for an independent group, coordinating council, panel, etc., and finally actual acts in violation of the Age Discrimination Act where rationing against seniors will occur….and it will, by design. 

In addition to age discrimination that will take place by federal panels that will ration and deny seniors necessary treatment, Obamacare provides for taking an estimated $716 billion out of Medicare to pay for it. This clearly means that reimbursement rates to doctors will be significantly be cut for seniors.  Already some doctors are refusing new Medicare patients...it will get worse.


There is little question that Obamacare is a direct violation of both the U.S. Constitution AND the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.

Obamacare was forced upon the American people against our will. That isn’t the way our democracy is supposed to work.  It violates the Constitution and other laws. It will drive our country deeper and deeper into debt; it will cost several trillions of dollars…ongoing… and this has been purposely hidden from the American people. In addition to what has been stated in this document, there are a whole host of nightmarish affects yet to be realized coming right at us soon. 

Obamacare will lead to higher healthcare costs for all Americans; to much poorer quality healthcare; to loss of jobs; it will negatively affect business; it will be a "nail" into our economy; and it will be policed by Gestapo-like IRS agents. Worst of all certain groups of people will be denied life saving medical treatment since it will be deemed by both the design of Obamacare, and by panels, to be too expensive for those least productive in society. How can something as evil as this become law in our country! In America?!     


We should not relent in our opposition to Obamacare; consider it a fait accompli and just accept it. We should not accept it. We need to get rid of it. We need to fight tooth and nail against it and throw it out. We need to instead take rational steps to improve the pre-existing healthcare system in America. It is VERY possible to do so and our healthcare system in America will be better than ever. That is the answer, NOT the illegal federally controlled abomination called Obamacare.

  

We Can Thank Obama For Crisis in Egypt

President Obama, in June 2009 commented to a BBC reporter, calling Egypt's President Mubarak a “stalwart ally” to the United States, who has “sustained peace with Israel” and “has been a force for stability.” At an earlier date Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, on an Arab television network in Egypt said, “I really consider President and Mrs. Mubarak to be friends of my family,” and added, “I hope to see him often.” With all his pluses and minuses, at least Mubarak represented some stability in the Mid East and maintained friendly relations with the United States. Critically important, as well, Mubarak had a peaceful and friendly relationship with Israel, essentially holding off other Arab countries that had radical non peaceful intentions toward Israel.

Then President Obama and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton turned on Mubarak and called for his ouster with essentially no plan on what would happen thereafter. His subsequent removal led to a dangerous vacuum in a volatile region of the world. Their answer was to back the Muslim Brotherhood and made statements to the effect that they were essentially a harmless group with good intentions. Yet all evidence and history pointed to just the opposite. They were and still are a terrorist organization that desperately wanted to gain control in Egypt and establish a radical Islamic state with hatred toward the West, the United States, and Israel. At that time Obama invited them to the White House while at the same time snubbing our proven friend and ally Israel and Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.

Although many were very skeptical at the time, the Egyptian people voted Muslim Brotherhood leader, Mohamed Morsi, as President. They did this placing a great deal of faith in the United States and President Obama's lead. The U.S. is the most respected democracy in the world...so they thought. It did not take Morsi long to show his true colors and he began to attempt to turn Egypt into a radical Islamic dictatorship. The predictable happened and the people, desperately wanting a true democracy, revolted. All across Egypt anti-Obama signs are displayed criticizing him for backing a terrorist organization.

You will never see or hear this in the media, but the truth and reality is that Obama's foreign policy, particularly in the Mid East, is a disaster. We can thank Obama for the current crisis in Egypt.


 

Immigration -Springfield, MA Mayor Applauded

 

 

Mayor Domenic Sarno is taking courageous steps to do something about a major negative affecting the City of Springfield. ("Sarno: No More Refugees", Springfield Republican, August 14, 2013). Springfield is a microcosm of what is going on across the entire United States. Our immigration system in America should offer compassion, help, and opportunity for those who want to seek a better life. Yet what we have is a situation that is totally out of control...anarchy. We are allowing our country to be overrun. Any rational country in the world has a right to control the level of immigration, and place certain conditions for the overall good of both the country and those who enter. Today, in America, we are not, and this leads to very serious local and national problems. This is not a partisan issue, it is a national issue that is now devoid of all common sense. At the same time we appear to allow politics and political gamesmanship to rule, not what is good for our country.

By allowing our country and localities to be overrun, as shown in Springfield, we invite substandard housing and code violations that create life, safety, and health hazards. It is inevitable that crime, drug trafficking, and violence increases. We are unable to keep up with language barriers. Immense strains are placed on the police department, the schools, hospitals and medical services. The economic well being of the entire community suffers, to the detriment of all, including those who are immigrants.

The call is for a "comprehensive immigration policy", as if immigration were something new to America. Yet for many years we DID have a policy, we just seem to have thrown it away for some twisted political purposes. My father came to this country as an Italian immigrant. Prior to entry he had to meet certain health requirements and have vaccinations against prevalent diseases at that time. He entered legally with a visa / green card. Upon entry he couldn't speak a word of English, but he learned the language and started a small business. He became a U.S. citizen and was very proud to be an American. He assimilated so much that he seldom even spoke Italian in the home. There is your "comprehensive immigration policy"!! We already had it. Our government at that time was rational and controlled both the level and conditions of entry. Millions of immigrants came to this country and bettered themselves and bettered our country. Yet we have allowed our then existing rational immigration system that worked to be eroded by politics.

What is needed all across our country, starting at the local level, is to have mayors of our cities, such as Mayor Sarno, to speak up and to take action. To have responsible governors, who care about their state and our nation to put politics aside..and do what is best. We should all support Mayor Sarno's good example of rational compassion.

 

ALARM! Our Freedoms and Our Democracy Threatened

 

 

The Fourth Amendment to the Untitled States Constitution guards against unreasonable searches. Yet today we have in some cases what amounts to blanket warrants, and in other cases what amounts to no warrants at all by our government that are clear violations of the Fourth Amendment. If we stand back and look at what is going on in America, in totality, there is an alarming pattern present. All Americans, irrespective of party affiliation, should be deeply concerned. It is not only a threat to our freedom, but a threat to our very democracy. This is all being done under the banner of "for our safety and protection".

The National Security Agency (NSA) is now taking a blanket look at our phone calls and E-mails, not for probable cause limited in scope according to specific information supplied to an issuing court, on a case by case basis. We are deploying drones in the United States supposedly to help with "civilian missions", spying on Americans. Many city streets all throughout America have surveillance cameras present, as well as in buildings, public and otherwise. And it is increasing. Lojack and black boxes are installed in automobiles, generally without your knowledge or permission, used for tracking your auto and for other information about your driving. The black boxes in the future are going to become even more sophisticated, a major invasion on your privacy. Your mobile phone registers its position with cell towers every few minutes, whether the phone is being used or not.

If you are not carrying a cell phone there are now automatic license plate scan readers. Their use is rapidly spreading throughout the country, but the public has little information about how they are used to track motorist movements, and whether police departments pool this information in state, regional, or national data bases. Have a navigation system or other GPS device? Well this is still another method of tracking you.

  

With satellite imagery they can easily find your home or other location and get the EXACT coordinates of your front window.  Do you feel safe?  Protected by our government?  Or is it just the opposite? Not only is your privacy invaded...you can feel threatened!  

Recently the Justice Department was spying on journalists from the Associated Press and Fox News; and most probably others. The IRS and other government agencies, acted illegally and in unison, were harassing Americans who hold opposing views. In America! Whistle blowers on government wrong doings were harassed, threatened, demoted and fired.

  

All of this is now occurring in America. "You are being watched." Oh yes, it is all for your safety and protection...protected by our government with and without your knowledge. There is a damn good reason for the Fourth Amendment! Yet you are being violated on a regular basis.

 

Our individual freedoms are being threatened. Our democracy is being threatened. It is a huge mistake to assume that those in government are all good guys just looking out for us. Look at history, look at repressive dictatorial regimes. Speak up and don't allow all this to happen. Look at it in totality. Do you trust what is going on in America with all these violations of your freedom?

 

 

Crime in the City of Springfield, MA

I applaud Mayor Sarno putting a "stake in the ground" on crime in the City of Springfield. ( Mayor Domenic Sarno addresses multiple shootings over the weekend in Springfield, Springfield Republican July 29, 2013). Yet standing beside him should have been Hampden County District Attorney, Mark Mastroianni. Springfield has one of the highest rates of violent crime in the nation and action is long overdue. You get what you accept. The leadership of Springfield should not accept this level of crime.

The problem is that bringing a "fortified arsenal to attack this negative criminal element" is not enough; that is where Mastroianni comes in. It does only a half job to arrest violent criminals, they have to be put away. A review on the prosecution of criminals will clearly show that due to case load and other factors many serious criminals are plea bargained off easy or just let go back on the street. This is devastating to the City of Springfield and the serious crime problem is allowed to continue. There are MANY examples of this. In one case a young student was murdered in the city by a person who had 3 felony arrests against him, each carrying a prescribed sentencing of 15 years. In addition, he had a long history of other arrests. Yet he was out on the street! This never should have happened.

 Combined with Mayor Sarno's stand on crime there has to be a clear message sent by District Attorney, Mark Mastroianni that criminals will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. No more getting off easy. In addition to strengthening of the police in the city, there may be a need for additional prosecutors, assistant DA's.

Cleaning up crime will have a huge economic benefit to the city. HUGE! Most importantly, human life is at stake. Nothing is more precious.

Financial Crisis in Massachusetts Exposed

 

 

Massachusetts has a total state debt of approximately $102 billion when including the total of outstanding official debt, pension and other post-employment benefits / liabilities, Unemployment Trust Fund loans, and the FY 2013 state budget gap. The Fiscal Year starts on July 1, and the debt increased by $4.3 billion from FY 2102 to FY 2013....and it continues with no end in sight. In FY 2013, just 5 months into the new budget year, Governor Deval Patrick announced a $540 million shortfall. This clearly shows not only the lack of budget planning, but the total irresponsibility in budgeting and use of taxpayer money. Further, no surprise, Patrick and the Legislature seem to almost always overestimate revenue (It is easy to "balance" that way) and there was $235 million LESS income than expected. And this was less than half way through the
new budget year! In still another step that shows gross incompetence in budgeting, Patrick had to raid the "Rainy Day Fund" for another $200 million.

This is what happens when you have an out of control one party state. While the people of Massachusetts are seemingly asleep, what is most alarming is that the media and the Republican leadership in our state fail to inform people about what is going on! Extremely heavy debt that continues to increase, out of control spending, and irresponsible budgeting. Somebody should be sounding the alarm.

And this leads to the FY 2014 budget. Although drowning in debt Patrick proposed In January of 2013 a budget of $34.8 billion, a 6.9% increase over the previous year! In announcing this outrageous budget he also wanted to raise taxes by $1.9 billion. (Are you still sleeping?) So along comes our one party state Legislature to the rescue, they were going to bring things into control. What they did is battle Patrick over which tax increases to impose and then this ended up in a "compromise". The final budget is $34.06 billion, ONLY an increase of $1.5 billion and a 4.5% increase. (Phew, what a relief!) In achieving this a few tricks were used. The "balancing" came about by a "one time" spending of 723 million that includes dipping AGAIN into the "Rainy Day Fund" to the tune of $350 million. And, Oh yes, did you know that about 31.5% of our state budget income comes from the federal government. (It is a good thing that Patrick is friends with President Obama...that really helps!)

Here is what you can count on:

1) Massachusetts will be driven deeper into debt with no end in sight.

2) It will be discovered early on that revenue / income will be less than expected, and action will be necessary...Patrick to the rescue.

3) About mid way through the 2014 Fiscal Year Patrick will announce still another budget shortfall. Another raid on the "Rainy Day Fund" will be necessary, as well as other measures.

4) Perhaps not Fiscal Year 2014, but soon, a domino affect will occur where there will be a total collapse of Massachusetts' financial condition. Since we are largely dependent upon the federal government for 31.5% of our income, and the fact that the federal government is close to $17 trillion in debt headed rapidly to over $20 trillion...sooner or later this condition is going to end abruptly. When it does, this will be an economic disaster for our state and have an extreme detrimental impact on all Massachusetts citizens. Unfortunately, then they will wake up.

Where is the media on this? Where is the Republican Party Leadership? Where is the Massachusetts Taxpayer Foundation? All are absent in their responsibility in bringing out the facts and truth to the people of Massachusetts and exposing the current and impending financial crisis that exists in our state.

 

 

Hillary Clinton as President??

It is beyond comprehension and belief that the American people would consider Hillary Clinton for President of the United States. She represents all the corruption, lies, deceit, and everything that is wrong with Washington. Here is a sampling of Hillary Clinton's record:

* Watergate: The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes. Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation. Zeifman said in an interview: “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

* Whitewater: Whitewater was basically a land resort scam. In the late 1970's, the Clintons and banker, Jim McDougal and his wife bought land in the Ozarks with mostly borrowed funds. The Clintons had 50% interest with no cash down. The plot, known as Whitewater, is fifty miles from the nearest grocery store. The Washington Post reported that some purchasers of lots, many of them retirees, "put up houses or cabins, others slept in vans or tents, hoping to be able to live off the land." More than half of the purchasers lost their money and plots thanks to the sleazy form of financing used. The McDougals were among a number of close friends of Hillary and business associates who ended up in jail. Hillary went to extremes in order to cover herself and avoid any blame. She knew what was going on. Sacrificing others in order to protect themselves is a trademark of the corrupt Clinton legacy. McDougal died in prison at age 57.

* Travelgate: One of the first major scandals of the Clinton administration, erupted on May 19, 1993 when the White House Travel Office staff of seven were told they would be terminated. The director, Billy Dale, and his deputy had been with the Travel Office for nearly 30 years. The other five had worked there from 8 to 26 years. Except for two who were out of town, they were all escorted out of their offices and expelled from the White House grounds. This was all under Hillary's direction. The House committee on Government Reform reached the following conclusion: The Travel Office firings were a result of pressure by Harry Thomason (a close friend of the Clintons) and Mrs. Clinton which accelerated the week before the firings. The Travel Office firings were part of a campaign payback scheme that was in place long before May 1993. Harry Thomason maligned the Travel Office employees...in order to move them out of that office. Thomason’s travel business interests posed an inherent conflict with his involvement in Travel Office decisions. The initial press offensive against the Travel Office employees mischaracterized the Peat Marwick review and the FBI’s role in order to cover up the real reasons for the firings. The White House initiated a full-scale campaign of misinformation in the aftermath of the Travel Office firings and put in place a cover-up from which it could not extricate itself.

Hillary said: she “did not know the origin of the decision to fire the Travel Office employees;” she “did not direct that any action be taken by anyone with regard to the Travel Office, other than expressing an interest in receiving information about the review;” and she “has no specific recollection of any particular conversation with Mr. Thomason on this issue at that time.” Long story short....she lied and perjured herself and was caught doing so. Good people were cast aside, maligned, and replaced by Clinton cronies. Again the Clinton trademark.

* Vince Foster - Fostergate: A credible witness found Vince Foster in Ft. Marcy Park with his hands flat out with his palms out, nothing in his hands. He was Deputy White House Counsel and supposedly a very good friend of the Clinton's, very close to them for many years.

A little while later they said that he had a gun in his hand and it was suicide. The Clinton's and their people quickly circulated a story that he committed suicide...EVEN BEFORE THERE WAS AN INVESTIGATION! Hillary was traveling at the time and called in and had people immediately clear out his office and take box after box of documents out his office. The Park Service, who amazingly investigated the death, asked for his office to be sealed off several times but they ignored it. The Clinton's didn't allow the FBI, Secret Service (only superficially did they get involved), or anybody to investigate it...only the ill equipped "Park Service" who they controlled.

The Clinton's showed little emotion over his death yet he was a lifetime friend of Bill Clinton and had a long history with Hillary at the Rose Law Firm in Arkansas and thereafter. They had all staff members "coached" that it was a suicide...even before it was investigated. There was absolutely no "crime scene" investigation, they just worked furiously to get rid of documents, and contaminated everything involved with the death scene and just kept saying it was suicide. They would not allow any of the White House staff to talk to the Park Service without having one of their people present.

It was a complete farce. Afterwards there were some further weak investigations and even then there were no documents to look at of consequence in his office being emptied, and the place where he was found dead was contaminated and all potential evidence lost so they had nothing to go by.

* Sniper Fire Lie: In order to dramatize her 1996 visit to Bosnia, in a speech on Iraq policy delivered at George Washington University, then Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, recalled facing “sniper fire” on her trip to Bosnia to visit U.S. troops on a peacekeeping mission. Reporters traveling with her, however, made no reference to any “sniper fire” at the time, and pictures of Clinton arriving at the main air base in Tuzla didn't show anyone ducking or covering. As Hillary Clinton came under increasing scrutiny for her story about facing sniper fire in Bosnia, a question arose was whether she has engaged in a pattern of lying. The fact is there is a pattern of lying, it is almost pathological. Is this the type of person we should consider for President?? Oh yes, after she was caught red handed in a lie over the Bosnia trip...by first hand witnesses, by photos, and by a video...she merely excused it by saying she "misspoke". And essentially the media let her get away with it...too difficult to challenge her any further.

* Chinagate: The 1996 United States campaign finance controversy, also known as Chinagate, was an effort by the People's Republic of China to influence domestic American politics during the 1996 federal elections. The issue first received public attention in early 1997, with news that a Justice Department investigation had uncovered evidence that agents of China sought to direct contributions to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in violation of U.S. laws regarding foreign political contributions. President, Bill Clinton, "Co-President", Hillary Clinton, and Vice President, Al Gore had a heavy hand in this. Twenty-two people were eventually convicted of fraud or for funneling Asian funds into the United States elections, and others fled U.S. jurisdiction. At one point $400,000 and $600,000 were fed into the DNC, and more.

During this period of time vital, secret U.S. space, missile,and encryption technology found their way into the hands of the Chinese. In addition, Clinton's pushed Congress to consider permanent most favored nation (MFN) trade status. Previously this was voted on annually, thereby retaining some ability to influence China's human rights practices. By Clinton paving the way to give China permanent most favored nation status, he permitted that nation to achieve complete and virtually unobstructed access to the huge U.S. market. You can thank Bill Clinton for seeing "Made in China" on practically everything that you buy in America today. For China, MFN status was essential to obtaining membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO), which it also coveted. Hillary Clinton was also heavily involved in all of this. Those in the White House knew that practically every move that Bill Clinton made had to have Hillary's approval. White House staffers referred to Hillary as the "Co-President".

* Clinton Sex Scandals: Bill Clinton, going back to his days in Arkansas had a long history philandering, womanizing, and committing blatant sexual harassment of women. He used his position of authority as Attorney General and Governor in Arkansas, and as President of the United States in order to seek sex from numerous women. If a leader in industry did what he did in using his position of authority, even if consensual (not all Bill Clinton's acts were), he would have spent time in jail. Although angry at his actions, Hillary Clinton participated greatly in all the lies, cover-up, deception, and the discrediting of the women who had been sexually harassed. Again the Clinton trademark, protecting their status and power base was more important than anything else...people in the way would be trampled over. Hillary coined the phrase "vast right wing conspiracy" to fend off any otherwise unexplainable situations or actions. The media and many others bought it, and still do to this day, even though all the evidence points otherwise.

* Benghazi: As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton had the responsibility for all the U.S. Embassies and their safety across the world. Yet the State Department ignored numerous warnings about security problems in Libya in the months leading to the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi that killed four Americans. The attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya on Sept. 11, 2012 occurred after diplomats had requested more security for the compound. Terrorists killed four Americans in the attack, including U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens. Before the attack, Stevens and Regional Security Officer Eric Nordstrom sent several requests to the State Department in Washington explaining the dangerous security situation and requesting more security. Security was actually decreased in August. Before all this happened Hillary Clinton was quoted as saying " “That’s why we are taking immediate steps to bolster security and readiness at our missions across the globe. We've already dispatched joint teams from the Departments of State and Defense to review high-threat posts to determine whether there are improvements we need in light of the evolving security challenges we face,” she added. Here again, truth is irrelevant to Hillary Clinton.

Just as bad as the attack itself was the obvious cover-up by Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration in saying that it was a spontaneous attack due to a You Tube video, when they knew it was a terrorist attack, and they knew this not to be true. Again the CAUSE becomes more important than the truth and the Americans who were murdered. Shamefully, this is what they also told the families of those murdered in Benghazi.

* State Department Cover-Up: So as not to soil the reputation of Hillary Clinton in a position of leadership as Secretary of State we now have ongoing, still another scandal under her watch. State Department whistle blower, Kerry Howard, says she was bullied, harassed and forced to resign after she exposed US Consul General Donald Moore’s alleged security-threatening shenanigans in the Naples, Italy, office. As the post’s community-liaison officer, Howard was charged with keeping workplace peace and advising higher-ups on the state of morale, but when she revealed allegations about her boss, State Department officials swept it under the rug, according to an Equal Employment Opportunity complaint she filed with the department’s Office of Civil Rights. “It’s cover-up after cover-up. It’s absolutely hideous,” she told The NY Post. “When our diplomats disrespect the Italians by hiring and firing them because they have seen too much - or use them for "sex-ercise" - we have to question why we have diplomats abroad at taxpayer expense.”


It goes much further under her watch than just Italy according to an Inspector General's (IG) memo. The memo, dated October 23, 2012, contains shocking allegations of overseas criminal conduct by State Department officials including sexual assault, "endemic" procurement of prostitutes (including children), and drugs - all of which were alleged to have been covered-up by various officials at the highest levels of the State Department including Clinton’s chief of staff Cheryl Mills. This latest cover up scandal under Hillary is still being exposed and for sure much more will come out. Is this all part of a "vast right wing conspiracy"?

But most shocking of all is that this woman is being touted by many, and by much of the media, as being a leading contender as the next President of the United States. What does that say about America? When corruption, lies, deceit, power hungriness, and near treason can be the traits of a person running for the highest office in our land? When the CAUSE is more important than the welfare and lives of others, when they can just be trampled over in order to maintain position, power, and to advance it?

Massachusetts - Why NOT to Vote for Ed Markey for US Senate

US Senate Candidate, Ed Markey, is one of the "good old Catholic boys" from Massachusetts who purport to be Catholics but have tossed aside their religion many years ago for political gain. They are kind of like a club. Do you want me to name them? They are politicians from all over Western Mass and those that dominate Boston politics, as well. "Catholics".

Ed Markey not only supports abortion, but partial birth abortion, as well. He is against parental notification on teen abortion. He is in favor of embryonic stem cell research. He supports same sex marriage. Catholic.

 

Ed Markey supports Planned Parenthood an organization that annually performs over 330,000 abortions per year. An organization whose leader, Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood, was given a key speaking role at the Democratic National Convention in 2012. Ed Markey supported the overturning of the Mexico City Policy so that now the United States can export abortion knowhow and funding world wide. Catholic.

 

Ed Markey is a strong "progressive" member of the Democratic Party who had to vote at the 2012 Democratic National Convention on whether or not to include God in it's platform. An acclamation vote actually voted AGAINST the inclusion of God, yet was falsely overridden since it would not be politically advantageous to exclude God. Catholic.

 

Ed Markey is one of many Massachusetts politicians who are so called "Catholics" who have betrayed the teachings of their faith. It is time that all good Catholics stand up and break up the good old boy politician "Cathoilc" club in Massachusetts. A vote for Ed Markey for US Senate is NOT recommended.

Massive, Out of Control Fraud, in Massachusetts

  

As Americans and as human beings we have an obligation to help those in REAL need. Yet what we have in Massachusetts and throughout the country is massive fraud. Across America it results in hundreds of billions of dollars, and in Massachusetts it would not be surprising to find out that it is approaching 1/2 billion dollars, or more. At the same time Governor Deval Patrick and the legislature are debating which tax hikes to enact while significantly increasing spending.

To the average hard working citizen it becomes confusing and even mind boggling. We hear of such things as EBT cards, food stamps, housing assistance, education assistance, healthcare assistance, Medicaid assistance, welfare assistance, unemployment assistance, Social Security Disability, refugee, migration and resettlement assistance...and the list goes on. It is indeed mind boggling to the average person. A great deal of taxpayer money is being used not to help those in real need, but in support of massive, out of control fraud. It is much higher than government officials are willing to admit, in fact they try to hide it.
 

We have are a very large number of people who have learned how to "game the system", use these personal services and taxpayer money undeservedly for personal gain. It is no different than stealing. There are in fact those who instruct people on how to apply and what to do to receive these benefits.

 

The Boston bombers, the Tsarnaev brothers, and their family lived in Massachusetts essentially free for 10 years while engaging in little to no work. Not only did they commit an horrific act, they made fools out of all of us. They lived off taxpayers with housing, food, cars, education - including college, travel and all kinds of free assistance. When Governor Deval Patrick was asked the value of state benefits received he replied that he did not want to violate their privacy. Could the real reason be that it was too embarrassing to reveal how big of a sucker the state was...and the can of worms that would be opened up if it were revealed? That seems to be the pattern of state officials, they try to hide the massive fraud.

 

Recently, State Auditor, Suzanne Bump, revealed that the state was sending financial assistance to dead people; that there was use of dead people's Social Security numbers; and that multiple people were claiming the same dead person as a dependent. For this she was attacked by Governor Patrick and his administration...the same pattern of hiding the embarrassing and massive fraud.

State Representative, Shaunna O’Connell, has asked for further information on why there was a balance on an EBT card of $7,000. There is still another report that a card had a balance of $11,000 ! Yet an elected representative of the people has been stonewalled for over 6 months by the Patrick administration in getting an answer. In still another instance in a drug bust in Attleboro, MA EBT cards were found in a cache of cash, weapons and drugs. Still further charges against EBT cards were found in gambling casinos and resort areas. Taxpayers are being played as suckers.

In motel locations throughout the state it is not unusual to see able bodied people, aged between 25 - 35, strolling along with their food from adjacent diners going back to the motel to watch television. Food and housing assistance is paid by taxpayers. One person who happens to be from South America, and is receiving all kinds of state and federal financial benefits, was recently quoted as saying..."America owes me" ! In the next breath he openly criticized the United States. When people know they can take advantage of you, walk all over you, they don't respect you. That is a fact.

If you go to any Social Security office in the state (or across the country), you expect to see older people, retirement age. Yet what you see is an office crowded with people aged from about 25 - 45. The reason? Social Security Disability....many people have learned (and been taught) on how to game the system in order to get financial benefits. Retirement age people and those with REAL disabilities have great difficulty in even getting attention in these offices.

There is more. MUCH more. In spite of what they tell you, and try to hide, there is massive fraud going on in Massachusetts. Taxpayers are being played for suckers. At the same time Governor Patrick and our legislature is trying to figure out what tax increases to enact. Perhaps saddest of all, those in REAL need are not receiving the attention, services, and financial assistance to the extent that they need. Yet those that game the system are doing nothing short of stealing, as well as committing major sin.

Don't kid yourself....we have a major problem in Massachusetts. And your gut tells you this...doesn't it?

 

The Most Dangerous Man in America

 

 

The Federal Reserve is a private bank, not part of the U.S. government as many people think. Yet it has a major impact upon the economy of the United States. It operates somewhat mysteriously and independently and its workings are subject to little scrutiny by the U.S. Congress and the American people. The present head of the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernanke, is driving the economy of America to ruin.

He is driving the economy to ruin in two principle ways. First, he is artificially suppressing interest rates down to near zero and not dealing with the reality of the existing economy. It is like squashing down a water balloon further and further until it bursts. It is hiding reality. Justified lower interest rates can be good for the economy since they ease debt burden while also stimulating investment. But they should never be dramatically and artificially suppressed in order to hide a problem and that is exactly what Bernanke is doing.

This also has a major negative impact upon the middle class and retired people since they benefit little from their life savings. In fact, people on fixed incomes are experiencing an effective decline in income since real inflation is much higher than being reported. Food costs have skyrocketed in the last few years, as well as most necessary items and living expenses. Healthcare costs are climbing as are taxes, hidden taxes, and fees...and government leaders are pushing for even higher taxes! Since there is much less "free money" from savings and much higher costs, less money is being poured into the economy. Still another very serious issue is that by dramatically suppressing interest rates the margin of profit for small banks is squeezed significantly on their various loans. This makes them susceptible to being swallowed up by much larger banks, and this is exactly what we are seeing throughout the country. The steady decline of local community banks is not good for America. It is becoming that the entire banking industry is in the hands of a few.

The second move by Bernanke and the Federal Reserve that is very alarming is the printing of money at the rate of $85 billion per month....flooding the market with paper money with nothing to back it up. This is at the rate of over $ 1 trillion per year! The excuse given is to "stimulate the economy" yet it will result in a massive decline of the value of the dollar and will have just the opposite effect.

If you artificially and significantly depress interest rates; flood the market with a massive amount of paper money with nothing to back it up; and combine this with real and significant inflation ... what it costs the average person to live by...this will result in super inflation. We are currently on an out of control speeding freight train for this to happen. It will impact late 2013, and at the latest the first quarter of 2014. The value of the dollar will be so low, while prices of food and necessary goods to live by will be so high that people will be pushed into a state of utter poverty, not able to sustain themselves and their families. This will happen seemingly overnight and place Americans into a state of shock.

Bernanke and the Federal Reserve, essentially unchecked, have the United States headed toward the economic ruin of America. For this reason, he is one of the most dangerous men in America. Members of Congress, and the American people need to wake up before it is too late. All the warning signs are right there before us.
