Oil Rig Explosion Suspicious

The recent direction of the United States to drill for oil off shore has hit, what many people believe to be a suspicious snag. The timely, unexplained explosion of an oil rig off the coast of Louisiana has resulted in a media blitz crying environmental disaster and raising questions about offshore drilling. Yet the media hasn't bothered to investigate the CAUSE of the explosion. How did it happen? Oil rigs don't just explode. The Coast Guard first reported an explosion 3 hours before the oil rig caught fire. Shortly after that announcement they retracted it. Why? What did happen? Not only are no answers forthcoming, but there isn't even an attempt to find out what really happened. The media is steering the discussion away from the cause and toward the environmental issues and the questions of drilling off shore. Is this not suspicious to anyone?? The timing of all this when we finally seemed to start doing something about our oil dependency?

Not only does the United States have a huge potential for oil offshore, but we have massive, huge untapped oil reserves right here in the territorial United States. This includes Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Alaska. We have the potential of trillions, upon trillions of barrels of oil that far outstrip, many times over, the oil that we currently purchase from foreign sources. Many of the sources are not all that friendly and frequently hold us hostage. Why is there no action by successive administrations in Washington? Why is there no action by our Congress? Why when it is right here before us? It defies logic and common sense.

Yes, we should look at conservation, improved technology, alternate sources that reduce cost and protect the environment. (Real environmental issues, not the phantom, politically motivated ones.)

Over 35 years ago we were promised by many members of Congress that we would become "energy independent". Those running for office have stated this in their political campaigns. Yet right before us we have tremendous opportunities for that to happen, and we choose to do nothing. It is beyond comprehension for any clear thinking American.

Is this recent oil rig explosion, still again, going to be purposely used to thwart any further action by our country to pursue the oil and energy independence that we have the clear ability to achieve? How can we trust our government and Congress when they can't even take logical steps to realize something that our nation desperately needs, yet is readily available? All we have to do is take the steps. Do something!

The oil rig explosion, coupled with all the propaganda aimed at preventing oil exploration by America, is very, very suspicious. People should question and not just blindly accept what is told them. Federal Government Caused Financial Crisis, Not Goldman Sachs

The federal government caused the financial crisis in America and now they are going to ram through legislation to gain even MORE control over financial Institutions and markets? One has to check their sanity when observing what is happening in Washington.

It started with a seemingly noble cause with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) under President Jimmy Carter in 1977. The intention was to encourage commercial banks and saving institutions to offer low and middle income people, including many minorities, affordable mortgages in order to buy homes. In 1993 President Bill Clinton kicked CRA into high gear by attempting to use this as part of the solution in dealing with the problems of the inner city and distressed rural communities. By early 1995, the CRA regulations were substantially revised to address criticisms that the implementation were too process-oriented, burdensome, and not sufficiently focused on actual results. Consequently a big push with strong pressure was placed on lending institutions to offer what are referred to as "sub-prime" loans.

During the Presidency of George W. Bush, starting in 2001, the sub-prime loan situation began to get out of control. Billions upon billions of dollars of loans were given out to people who had no way in the world of repaying them. Guidelines for responsible, common sense, loan giving were thrown out the window.

The nation's two largest mortgage finance lenders, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, went totally out of control. They operate as government sponsored enterprises. Although the two companies are privately owned and operated by shareholders, they are protected financially by the support of the Federal Government. These government protections include access to a line of credit through the U.S. Treasury, exemption from state and local income taxes and exemption from SEC oversight. Supposed federal government oversight was under the leadership of Congressman, Barney Frank, and Senator, Chris Dodd. Their actions and failures of oversight in protecting our nation border on criminal negligence and malfeasance. They had a DIRECT role that led to the financial crisis in America. They are ON RECORD in misleading the American people. Not only were Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financial practices out of control, wide spread corruption existed with lead executives walking away with millions of dollars of taxpayer money, while the two agencies were in a state of collapse.

What the Obama administration is now doing is unconscionable. Goldman Sachs is being used as a scapegoat so as to place all of the blame on "Wall Street". Worse, in doing so, the so called "Financial Reform" legislation that they plan on ramming through Congress does nothing to address the real root cause of America's financial meltdown...the federal government itself, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and those in government who were responsible. The consequence of not solving the REAL root problems of America's financial crisis is that we will be destined for it to happen all over again. As just one example, a recent newspaper article featured the smiling face of a young woman, who was given what amounts to, a sub-prime loan in order to buy a home...and she didn't even have a job!

The American people need to wake up and wake up now. Our country is being destroyed right before us. We need to stop this "Financial Reform" legislation as well as all the other major, Obama administration led legislation, that will be extremely harmful to our country before it is too late. Enough damage has already been done to our nation.

Americans Applaud New Arizona Immigration Law

Across the country the American people are applauding the new immigration law in Arizona. What is not being told by the media, the Obama administration, and radical groups, is the real truth about the law and circumstances in Arizona. Most recently Janet Napolitano, former Governor of Arizona, and current Secretary of Homeland Security in the Obama administration, recently said there is no problem at the Arizona border. This demonstrates how out of touch with reality she and the administration really are. She is the one, by the way, that halted building the fence along the Arizona border.

What is actually occurring in Arizona includes border homes and farms overrun, with damage to crops, livestock, property, and even loss of life. A near total anarchy situation exists for those that live on the border. They live in fear each and every night. This is happening in the United States of America! Further, there is a current flow of drug and human trafficking, a continuum of serious crime and murder. Phoenix is well known to be a hub for vicious drug cartels. Arizona jails are full of illegal immigrants who have committed crimes. Arizona is fast becoming like many Mexican towns where serious crime and even fear of life are a daily horror show. This is the reality, and it is getting worse.

Radical agenda driven groups such as The American Immigration Lawyers Association and La Raza, are against the law. Representative Raul Grijalva is calling for an economic boycott. Imagine an elected representative calling for a boycott of his own state! Then there is Al Sharpton. Somebody should tell him that the majority of blacks are against illegal immigration and want border control. So, just who is he representing? Seventy percent of Arizona residents favor this legislation. The majority of Mexican - Americans, who are legally in this country, favor this law. Contrary to what is thought, La Raza does not represent them, and many are opposed to the La Raza agenda. So you have groups who are fighting against this law, who favor an open border, and favor amnesty...essentially if you sneak across the border you are a citizen. Anarchy.

What is not being brought out, if you look at the new Arizona law, is that it is not much different from the current federal law on immigration. And...it specifically includes strong statements against racial profiling. What you don't get from the media, and from the protesting groups, are the facts and truth. It is all political agenda driven. All kinds of false propaganda are being floated, even to the extent of saying tourism and business will suffer. The real story is, if the CURRENT near anarchy continues in the state then tourism and business, will suffer. Order and control, contrary to what is being said, will enhance tourism and business, not hurt it.

Those that have criticized the Tea Party movement, should watch the near riotous acts of the protesters of this law, throwing stones and bottles at police and others, defacing property with Nazi signs and other writings. The groups and individuals who are leading and pushing these protests are guilty of creating this dangerous atmosphere. There is no outcry by the Obama administration against these acts vs. their rhetoric against the Tea Party movement. Where is the media criticism? Where are the fright and tears of Nancy Pelosi? There is constant criticism of the Tea Party people who peacefully demonstrate about their deep concern over the current direction of our country. Yet the real scary acts done by those who protest this new Arizona law are OK? Is this what we have come to in this country? One way propaganda?

Any legitimate poll will show that the vast majority of people in the United States, not only favor this new Arizona law, but applaud it.

GM Loan Payback Claim a Fraud on the American People !

Earlier this month General Motors announced that it suffered a $4.3 billion loss in the first 6 months after declaring bankruptcy. Now, Ed Whitacre, head of General Motors, as he proudly struts through a GM plant is claiming that GM has paid back the $8.1 billion owed to the federal government, ahead of schedule, plus interest. Members of the Obama administration are touting this great accomplishment.

What they AREN'T telling you is that the TARP (taxpayer) bail-out money that was borrowed, has been paid back NOT with GM money, but with additional TARP (taxpayer) bail-out money, out of an escrow account (taxpayer money) in the US Treasury.

This claim of pay back is an insult to the intelligence of the American people, and an outrage.

The Evils and Grave Dangers of Socialism

Not too long ago many of us witnessed the United Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) as an example of an ugly and oppressive socialist form of government. Note the trickery even in the name by using the word "Republic" implying that the people had a voice in choosing their leaders and a voice in government. We clearly know that this was not true, in fact just the opposite, the oppressed people had no say. The entire world began to relax and gain hope when in 1989 the Berlin Wall collapsed and the Soviet Union began to crumble with it. There was hope for a lasting peace and freedom throughout the world. One would think that we all had learned from this oppressive history and frightening experience.

Yet here we are only 21 years later and we are well on our way to repeating the same mistakes. These mistakes began in Europe where they again use the trickery of words to call it "democratic" socialism. It is amazing how easily, at times, people can be fooled by words. Already in Europe a union of nations has formed under this banner of democratic socialism. The progressive socialist movement has not only started, but is well on its' way. In this case, however, the movement, at least initially, is being accomplished through peaceful means as had been espoused by the philosophy of Marxist, Antonio Gramsci (1891 - 1937). One should research Gramsci and you will be amazed and immediately recognize how closely the movement in Europe (and now the United States) is closely following his philosophy of a peaceful socialist revolution. He made a distinction between coercive and even violent means of accomplishing a socialist revolution vs. peaceful, gradual, stealthy methods. His approach, essentially, is a step by step revolution where without initially revealing your hand you bring about a socialist revolution. When people finally wake up, it is too late. He favors and purports this as being a better and more successful way of accomplishing the goal rather than by violent means.

At present, people in Europe are heavily overburdened with tax. A series of legislations have been passed with seemingly "do good" purposes but result in limiting personal freedoms and giving more and more control to the government. Universal healthcare is in effect through a massive government controlled bureaucracy with the superficial impression that they are benevolently taking care of people but effectively the care is poor. Even people with serious illnesses have to suffer through long waits, or even death. The emerging elites in Europe began to look at the United States with both jealousy and disdain. America was looked at as being the strongest and most influential country in the world. Not only that, but by being a free market, representative democracy, with an amazing Constitution, and guaranteed personal freedoms it flies right in the face of a socialist Europe. In stark contrast, in fact. What began was a drumbeat of criticism against the United States by the European elites who are driving socialism. People are fooled into believing it was just criticism of former President Bush; yet in reality it is against America and our form of government! The only thing that will appease these elites is America embarking on the same path of socialism.

Let's make one point very clear. Socialism is not just another harmless ideology, a different point of view, such as that of democrats, republicans, conservatives, independents, etc. It is a very dangerous, harmful , and oppressive approach to governing and existence. It may initially appear harmless, but like an out of control cancer, it is not. This is not conjecture, it has been proven by history. Dishonesty and trickery are hallmarks of the approach. The leaders of the socialist movement believe that they know better than the masses, and believe that the end justifies the means for attaining the ultimate goal.

In order to sell socialism "sound good" phrases are used. Those that are commonly heard are "social justice" (who is not for justice!), "distribution of wealth", and "public ownership of property". "Social justice" plays on people's desire to help others, particularly those who are less fortunate. The problem is that this justice is meted out by the government, not direct help through individuals, charitable organizations, churches or religious organizations. The government controls, the government decides and sets up methods of supposedly helping people using taxpayer money. We have plenty examples of how this hasn't worked...such as the inner cities of Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, where blatant failures not only exist, but the conditions and the plight of people have worsened. Hundreds of billions of dollars have been expended with little visible improvement, and as stated, conditions have actually worsened. Most of the money is wasted on special interest, political pay offs, pork, if not outright corruption. Pockets are lined, people are not helped.

The words "public ownership of property" are perhaps the most misleading. People, the public, do not own, the government does! Do you feel like you have any ownership over General Motors or Chrysler? Only a fool would believe that they do...it is government ownership that is involved, not the public.

"Distribution of wealth" is another trickery of words, implying helping those in need or less fortunate. What actually occurs is that people are taxed to an extreme, by every means possible, and all the money goes to the federal government. They sell this concept by saying only the very rich are going to be taxed, but later on, in shock, all people find that are under extreme forms of taxation. It is a form of losing freedom since people do not have the money that allows them to do as they wish. What they find is that the can barely get by, even for necessities. Their dependency on government increases dramatically, for basic needs and very survival.

The false sell of socialism is that of social responsibility, helping others. Most all people want this. The trickery comes about , however, in that all money and control is turned over to the government in order to accomplish this false attempt to obtain the goal. In reality direct help of others works much more effectively through direct giving and helping others, legitimate charitable organizations, and religious organizations that already have a set up infrastructure without government bureaucracy. The socialists know this and that is why they fight tooth and nail against it. They want the government to control everything and to create dependency on the government.

The socialism movement in Europe, and now in the United States, is an insidious, step by step progressive approach. First the words that sound good and propaganda are used to make it appear not only harmless, but attractive as far as helping all people, and the world itself. Through this movement those that lead socialism ascend to positions of responsibility and power, but they still have the people to deal with. More money and power is then needed to fuel the movement. This is accomplished by many forms of heavy taxation and a whole series of legislations that, again, seem to have good cause...social responsibility, helping the disadvantaged , against hate crimes, to protect the climate and environment, immigration "reform", energy independence, controlling the evils of business and big money institutions, saving the economy, offering healthcare to all, guaranteeing an education to all, etc., etc. The tragedy is that many people are fooled by this since on the surface they appear to be good and just causes. Those in control, however, care little about much of this...the end justifies the means.

Propaganda and controlling the media is a key in attempting to control the minds of people. At first legislation will be passed that attempts to shut down all opposition thinking. This will include all forms of the media, including the Internet. Eventually opposition media sources will be shut down by legislation or outright seizure by the government. The final result will be a state run and controlled media so that ALL that pople hear is only what the government wants them to hear. Again, look at history. Look today at what is happeneing in socialist Venezuela.

Create, exploit, and/or exaggerate a crisis. It should not escape you that all the recent major legislation pushed through Congress, driving us deeper into socialism, giving more and more federal control, and taking away our freedoms, was accomplished under the guise of a sense of urgency. This follows the teachings of both Gramsci and Saul Alinsky, a communist / Marxist, on how to bring about radical change. More "crisis" legislation is coming rapidly down the pike. First you hear the propaganda drumbeat of a supposed major problem, then the urgency of taking action, followed by a stampede to get the legislation passed through Congress. Each one is a step toward greater federal government control over our lives and a loss of freedoms. Each one is a step toward socialism in the United States.

The telling factors are that all money and power goes to the government, in the United States to the federal government. Through much of the legislation that is passed, personal freedoms are eroded. The accomplishment of all these supposedly do good objectives now is in the hands of the federal government. In reality, much of the money that is gathered is wasted on special interests that have nothing to do with the intended purpose...on political pay offs, incompetent mismanagement, and outright corruption; much of the money does not go toward the good causes people thought that it would be used for. Correspondingly, dependency on the federal government by individuals increases greatly. At the same time the power of the federal government increases greatly. The Founders of our country warned us precisely against this.

Oh yes, people are taken care of, but at some form of lower existence that is totally dependent on how the federal government WISHES to dole out that "care". The voice of the people, and personal freedoms become, by design, less and less under socialism. It should also be noted that at the same time a ruling elite emerges. Note, under the recently passed healthcare legislation in America that the Congress is not under the same plan and conditions as the "people". They have a superior plan, that costs them less, with no restrictions, panels, etc., but with full unabated coverage. This is just a small sampling of what to expect. Two classes of people will exist...the ruling elite....and the rest of us.

It goes without saying, particularly here in the United States, that people eventually will not want to be "taken care of" at some lower level of existence. They will rebel against it, want their freedoms back, and want the God given right to succeed and excel in life through hard work. You know, good old freedom and democracy that was guaranteed us through our Constitution. The ruling elite, however, are not going to give up their power and will use any means possible to retain it, even through the use of force. This is what it will come to if we do not do the following:

1) Become keenly aware of what is now happening in our country...WAKE UP!

2) Use any peaceful and legal means possible to STOP the current direction in Washington. Do it by voice, do it by letters, do it by organizing against it with like- minded people, and do it by your VOTE in the very next and every subsequent election.

3) Do it with a sense of URGENCY. Daily, if you open your eyes, we are losing our great democracy through the actions in Washington and legislation being rammed through Congress. Daily, we are losing our freedoms and our democracy and it is happening at breakneck speed. We are in a race for time.

4) If we fail to act, and act NOW, it will be too late. Once a full socialist form of government is established it will extremely difficult to turn it back. We will be living under a dictatorial form of oppressive government in a state of misery. Look at history. History has taught us this!

One last very telling thing about socialism is the absence of God. In the former Soviet Union organized religion was not allowed, it was driven underground, particularly in some of the countries that had a strong religious faith. Now, Europe is well on its way to being Godless, with less than 15% of the people attending religious services and practicing their faith. God and organized religion is the enemy of socialism. The ruling socialist elites want "The State", the government, to be the only God that is worshipped and depended upon. Again look at history. Look not only at history, but look at countries today where dictatorial socialism currently exists. Already in the United Sates there is an ongoing movement to take God out of every aspect of American life. This was NEVER intended by our Founders, no matter what they attempt to tell you through their distortions of history. Organized religion is under attack in America, especially Christianity and Judaism.

The Decline of the Democratic Party in America

At one time the Democratic Party was considered as the party of the people. It is no longer. A major change occurred when the party adopted abortion as part of their unwritten platform. (Just ask Democratic Congressman Bart Stupak.) This is particularly significant since many Democrats holding office are of a religious faith that strongly opposes abortion, particularly those who are Catholic. This was a strong indicator of the beginning of the moral decline of the Democratic Party.

In the past, the Democratic Party strongly believed what our Founders intended for our country; and in our Constitution, our freedoms, and God as being foundational to our very existence. The party believed in patriotism, spending to help others, yet with fiscal responsibility. A party that believed in taking great pride in being a model of freedom and democracy throughout the world. This was the party that took strong positions on doing what is right rather than what others think we should do or be. A party that believed in a strong national defense, not as a threat, but as a deterrent to those who wished to harm our country and our people.

Today's Democratic Party is not the party of the people. The party caters to union leadership and their CONTROL over membership, not the rank and file members. The recent direction to take the secret ballot away from union voting is specifically to allow greater control of union leadership over membership. Recent attacks against New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie, by the New Jersey Education (Teacher's Union) is a union leadership action, not by teachers. AFL-CIO protests against Wall Street are politically motivated union leadership action, not the true desires of the rank and file. The party appeases and caters to the leadership of various minority group leaders, not minorities themselves. In many Instances the leadership has a political agenda that is not in the best interests of minorities. The plight of many minorities who have followed party leadership, particularly those in inner cities, has worsened, not improved. The party actually attempts to USE and manipulate union members and minorities, while securing their votes.

To many good democrats the party has been moved so far left that is it no longer recognizable to them. They can be faulted for not speaking up, but the movement to the far left has been so rapid and dramatic that even they are in a state of shock, just as the rest of the country is. In just one example, respected Senator Evan Bayh for months had been pleading that the party needs to reorient toward a more centrist agenda, one that emphasizes jobs and fiscal responsibility over health care and cap and trade, to no avail. He and other long respected Democrats have decided not to seek re-election.

Now that the Obama administration and its radical agenda has fully unveiled itself there are some clear lines that have been drawn. These lines are between the far left vs. republicans, conservatives, good democrats, and independents who all are opposed to the current far left movement. Most importantly the good democrats need to speak up and stand up, and shake off their bewilderment and take their party back.

Nonetheless, the overwhelming number of Americans are opposed to the rapid far left movement of our country. They are watching in horror as our country is being destroyed right before us. We are currently in a race for time. All those responsible for the far left movement need to be voted out of office before it is too late. The future of our country depends upon it. Act now before it is too late. Yes peaceably and within the law, but ACT! Do it with your voice, by your letters, by associating with and supporting others who want to preserve our great country, and most importantly, by your vote.

No Accountability for Swine Flu Scare??

Our federal government, the Center for Disease Control, and the UN's World Health Organization all warned of a swine flu pandemic that would kill millions of people worldwide. The media carried this as headline news for months. Naturally people were driven to a state of deep concern and even fear. Panic headlines followed in the media citing cases of early deaths due to swine flu, only to find out later that the deaths were really caused by something other than swine flu. Initially it was stated that there was no known vaccination for this threatening new virus strain, making concerns even stronger. Suddenly and inexplicably, a swine flu vaccine DID appear with no explanation vs. the first announcement of none being available. Billions of dollars were spent to hastily prepare this untested vaccine with the insistence that all children must be vaccinated. Many were.

Yet recently, not in a headline, but on a back page a small article (US swine flu dying out) issued by the Associated Press appeared. In the article it stated that "The swine-flu epidemic may be history in the United States", and went on to say that for the fourth consecutive week no states experienced widespread activity and that the flu has been on the decline since last October.

Was a crisis purposely created to take our attention away from the very real and critical issues facing our country?

Where is the accountability? Where is the media on this?

Tim Tebow Purposely Maligned

Tim Tebow's stock as an NFL prospect began to fall rapidly after he and his mother participated in a Super Bowl ad that implied something positive about their pro-life experience. The media, including the sports media, did not like that at all and immediately began to demonize him. Rather than the clean cut, values oriented, role model that he is, the media and many elites seem to prefer somebody who beats up his girlfriend, steals computers out of dorms or gets arrested for drunken driving at 3 AM... that suits them better. And to top it off, he is a quietly outspoken Christian? No way!

They are now forgetting the fact that he is a leader and a winner, as well as being a great athlete. You now hear statements like well, he isn't smart enough, he isn't fast enough, his throw isn't "pro style", and he is not used to taking a snap from center. (What are coaches for? A good coach could teach ME how to take a snap from center!) These are the same kind of "experts" that said that Kevin Durant will never make it in the NBA since he isn't tough enough, too frail; those that predict certain linemen will not make the NFL because their arms are not long enough; those that tried to force fit Doug Flutie into THEIR style of a drop back quarterback. There are hundreds, even thousands, of comments made by so called "experts" that have been proven wrong in sports. The media seems to have short memories about them, however, rather than holding the "experts" accountable for what they had said, sometimes almost ruining an athlete's opportunities.

The real facts are that Tim Tebow would be a great asset to any NFL team that knew how to utilize his extensive talents. Coaches and sports "experts" should learn from Hall of Fame Coach Mike Krzyzewski of Duke..four time national champions, 12 national Coach of the Year honors, etc. He doesn't try to force fit his basketball talent into his pre-determined style of play, he adjusts his coaching scheme to best utilize the talent that he has. This is precisely why he is a consistent winner.

Any one of the top NFL prospects can be criticized for their weaknesses. It is interesting that the sports media chooses to continually criticize a top prospect who just happens to not only espouse high Christian values, but lives his life that way as a true role model. For the smart NFL team that drafts him, he will prove as he always has, to be a winner.

Bill Clinton a Blame Shifter and a Hypocrite

Former President Bill Clinton is a blame shifter and a hypocrite. Recently he inferred that Tea Party people use the type of rhetoric that led to the Oklahoma City bombing. Tea Party people who peaceably gather to exercise their Constitutional right and express their deep concern over the current direction of our country. Tea Party people who are everyday Americans, nice people, who wish to preserve our great democracy and our country. This is typical for Bill Clinton.

When the Oklahoma City bombing occurred Bill Clinton attempted to blame Rush Limbaugh for influencing bomber Timothy McVeigh. Yet there was absolutely no proof of an influence on him by Rush Limbaugh. None. What Timothy McVeigh DID mention, however, was specific reference to what happened at Waco, Texas in April of 1993 under Clinton’s watch as President. This was when Seventy-six people at the Branch Davidian ranch died in a fire, including more than 20 children, and two pregnant women.

This was a grossly mismanaged tragedy by the federal government that occurred during the Clinton administration. It was of such a high profile that there is little doubt that then President Clinton MUST have been involved in the decision process resulting in this tragic loss of life. Yet he quickly distanced himself from any involvement, shifting the blame to others. The media, of course, helped him do it.

When the Oklahoma City bombing occurred and Timothy McVeigh mentioned Waco as part of his motivation, Clinton’s blame shifting went immediately into action. He attempted to shift the blame to Rush Limbaugh, shifting it away from his responsibility over Waco that was clear and direct.

False Propaganda Hurting America

The First Amendment to the US Constitution is near sacred. It contains freedom of the press. This is not only a freedom, but a responsibility. One of the prime reasons for it is to provide checks and balances on our government and issues confronting our nation. Yet 50 years down the line people will look back on how the media betrayed our nation. Editors and those responsible for managing the news are so wrapped up in a warped ideology that they can no longer see beyond the noses on their faces. Yet, right under those very noses is the ongoing destruction of our country as Americans watch in horror.

In looking at recent headlines, "New jobs fan rising economic optimism", USA Today April 15, 2010; and recent articles in Newsweek Magazine, "America is back", and "HATE" it is very evident that collusion is now going on between major media sources in an attempt to paint a false image of a positive economy. Nothing could be further than the truth. Not only is this false propaganda being promoted, but as evidenced in the Newsweek article those who are raising legitimate objections are being labeled as "haters" or racists in an attempt to deflect any dissenting thought or criticism.

The real truth is that our nation is on the brink of financial collapse. Our national debt is fast approaching $12.9 trillion. Driving us even further into debt President Obama's budget for 2011 calls for an irresponsible record $3.8 trillion. Worse, there is no plan in place to do anything about the enormous debt other than spend even more money through a whole series of legislations that will not only drive our country beyond bankruptcy but tax the American people to the extreme. Everyone knows that the recently passed Obama-Care will end up costing us $2 to $3 trillion or more further devastating our financial situation. The plan is to drive our debt to well over $20 trillion over the next 10 years. That is the plan! Unemployment, real numbers, border around 15% if you take into account those who have given up on finding jobs, those who are underemployed just to work for some money, and government jobs. While our nation is financially suffering, the federal government is hiring at a record pace. Does that make any sense?

And this is only the financial situation. In the meantime more and more power is being accumulated at the federal government level, something our founders warned against. Freedoms are being eroded. Our foreign policy is an absolute disaster....apologizing for America, showing extreme weakness to the enemies who wish to destroy us, insulting strong allies like Israel, and more.

USA Today and Newsweek may want to collude with other major media sources to paint a false positive picture, but the American people know better. History will clearly show how the media, and those responsible, betrayed America during this critical time.
